Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — aadhar card download problem

I given my request to update my address by request no. 2309/13101/23447 date 22/03/2018 time 10:11:49 and it was successfully updated as on[protected] but when i tried to download it, the system of aadhar shows server problem, please try after some time. The same problem i am facing till now. I also a sent complaint to aadhar dept on dated april3, 2018 and received answer on april 10, 2018 that the problem has been solved and the complaint is closed now while the problem is same before and i cannot download my adhar because of your server problem. Please solve my problem
