Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — complaint against aadhar update agent because he wanted the fake sign and double money from me.

I want to file a complaint against the aadhar center agent named 'rahul sahu' working at the centre "vijya bank, nehru nagar bhilai, durg, durg, motilal nehru nagr bhilai, chhattisgarh - 490020".
The complaint is that i wanted to update my mobile no. On my aadhar but he told me that he will do my work only if i will do fake sign on an unknown person's update form and he forced me to give my no. On that unknown form. He also ask the double money for a single update because i was with my friend.
Kindly take any strict action against him so that no any other have to face problem.
