Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — date of birth updation rejected 3 times

I have requested for dob update 3time it's rejected all the time shown "updated age gap is more than allowed limit" I called customer care enrollment office no response urn=[protected], 03/06/2019, 17:24:12

Plz do needful help for updating. It's very urgent to me now but I didt get a resolution from anywhere even in akshaya kendr they are asking to do one more they even know what is updated age gap as shown in the description.. Very poor service
