Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — excuses or get out behaviour facing from uidai officials of our mapusa goa centre

Dear sir,

I am always visiting uidai office at our mapusa goa, pin: 403507 (District hospital) centre to update my phone number of my adhaar card. But they always giving excuses like you have take appointment first like. When i asked them to give me an appointment, they are now giving excuses that the appointment giving process will be starting from april 2018. And they are not allowing us to enter in their office to meet anyone.

Please let us know what should we do in this frustrating situation. Really unhappy with service. I need to update my adhaar very urgently.

This is not really acceptable excuses. As we all know that adhaar is now a very important documents and we need very quick update service from govt officials..

Request you to takeup this issue on priority with concerned officials.

No errors from my end and it's data processing error application has been rejected and I was told that it's a biometric issue which is not my problem. Not getting a proper response to solve the issue. Mail was also initiated no response
