Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — mobile number update urn is not able to trace

I have taken one day leave to update my mobile number and address in AADHAAR and done it on 28/07/2017.
URN - 2193/10817/16861.
My updates is not reflected yet and not able to trace this URN in https://uidai.gov.in/ and email to [protected]@uidai.gov.in. There is no response. Please refer the attachment.
Please help on this

Updated by Sridharan Subramanian I have done the same and there is no response from UIDAI. Thats why I have posted the complaint here. Is there any other option to escalate this in UIDAI. My problem still persists.
