Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Non receipt of aadhar card

I have enrolled for aadhar on 29/12/2011 at 12:07:35 pm. enrollment no. is 1190/84145/01131. i have contacted uidai authority several times. but nobody interested to answer me. on the other and my govt. subsidies have been stopped due to non generation of aadhar card bi uidai. i am attaching herewith the acknowledgement receipt of aadhar.

I have received confirmation from your office on 14.07.2016. I have yet to receive original card from Post office. Please let me know the procedure to get the original card.
