Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — not receiving original aadhar card

Sir, my name is Amal kumar OJHA, having AADHAR no[protected]. My daughter, Ananya OJHA, AADHAR no[protected]. but till date I and my daughter have not received original AADHAR card to my home address.Thus we are facing lot of problem in official job. ThougThough we are having e- AADHAR card . My request send above mentioned original AADHAR cards to following address WO AK OJHA, SMQ- 391/4, DSML, AF STATION AGRA, PIN - 282008, UP

Dear Sir,

I have been to the MTNL office to link my mobile sim card to my Aadhaar . Many times my fingers were scanned but could not link my mobile to my aadhaar as none of my fingers matched with my biometrics stored in your record.

Kindly do needful.

One of your employe who make adhar card in bhel hospital ambala city is first of all not came ..if she came they stay there for 5 min only and .go back to home.whenever we call her they say i am busy.so please sure that they stay there for atleast one hour.
