Unisyn Enterprises — amount collected through paytm for tata sky new connection, but not responding.

One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 10/4/2019 by name Krishna (Mobile: [protected]). He has asked to pay the money for Rs 4200/- through paytm to install the 2 tata sky connections. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. He said an amount of Rs. 1100/- will be cash back in to my Tata Sky a/c. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.
