I purchased an article from the UCB Gurugram store, but due to a size issue I was told it could be exchanged at any UCB store across India. Acting on this, I visited multiple stores:
• Noida store – found permanently closed despite being listed on Google Maps.
• Akshardham outlet – refused exchange, citing it was a factory outlet.
• Connaught Place store – staff members Mr. Pramod and Mr. Rahul behaved rudely and outright refused to exchange, saying the stock was “10 days old” and I must return to Gurugram.
This contradicts UCB’s stated policy o[censored]niversal exchange, caused unnecessary travel and harassment, and exposed me to extremely unprofessional behavior by staff.
I seek:
1. Immediate exchange/replacement of the article.
2. Clarification o[censored]CB’s exchange policy to prevent misleading customers.
3. Action against staff for rude behavior at CP store.
