Recently I have ordered online from paytm, a leather belt shown brand tag o[censored]CB, but after receiving the item it was not genuine. Since I am a regular customer of your brand UCB, I am really disappointed to get the fake item misusing your brand name. Please check the genuinity of item and seller. The pics of item and seller with invoice is attached herewith.

I purchased a UCB wollen jacket for my son from a showroom in nearby city. It was sold as a jacket o[censored]CB, name of the brand is printed at 2-3 places. After few days I checked the jacket properly and realised that there no tagging o[censored]r brand on it, no side wash instructions inside, no size tag on neck. I was charged UCB market price for the product. Please check the genuinity of the product.
Other than the one shown in images there is no genuine sign o[censored]CB. It got lints in 1st wear only.
