United Colors Of Benetton — quality of t-shirt is very bad

I had purchased 2 t-shirts from benetton store in kolhapur in february, last week. 5his was done using benetton gift card which i received from one of my friends.

Upon just one wash the t-shirt feels like it is years old and lost all it's elasticity, strength. One is in grey colour and other is of white colour. And both were the premium products of benetton.

I would like it to be replaced.
I had such good experiences so far, but this time it's really bad.
