United Colors Of Benetton — shoes wearing off in less than an year

I purchased a pair of shoes from ajio.com on 7th july 2017 vide oeder id #fl17504385 for rs 1799. The product has serious issues regarding poor quality. They started wearing off in less than three months o[censored]se. I tried fixing it using quick fix but now they are in such a condition that they cannot be worn. Not at all worth it. I require a refund of my money so that i can purchase a quality brand.
