United Colors Of Benetton — ucb luggage - damaged during my first journey

Purchased from amazon in june 7th, 2019 the wheel of the suitcase broke after the first journey and several damages are visible. It’s literally been 2 months. Warranty was mentioned as 1 years at the time of purchase.

Tried contacting customer numbers multiple times but got no response, since july second week.

Please provide replacement of the suitcase asap. Or atleast respond. This was not expected from a usb product. So disappointed. Please refer to attached screenshot.
