Its been more than 4 month since the claim was lodged at Udaipur (Rajasthan). Initial Surveyor (Mr. Khan), after performing the initial survey was changed on account of his transfer to another location and the case was handed over to Mr. Paliwal. Initially he denied availability of necessary documents with him stating he was not handed over proper document on transfer of previous surveyor. I forwarded him whatever documents I had in this regards.

I have been repeatedly following up with him to visit the site and collect necessary documents since last 2 months, but in vain. He assures me to visit the site on our every conversation, but he does not do so and this story is continuing since last 2 months.

This is causing unnecessary delays in the process (3 months already delayed) when it is a case of bona-fide claim. Why should I be penalized in this case? I have been supporting him more than I could even from a remote location respecting his seniority, but he is not co-operating at all.

Request you to please depute someone else who can handle better than him or take necessary action to escalate & get the case out.
