I have health insurance from UIIC, when i was met with an accident and hospitalized, i started a cashless procedure with them, at the time of discharge they rejected my claim saying that the hospital is not covered. seriously this stupid people does not know that before starting the procedure they need to first see if the hospital is covered or not.
Later i paid and send them the original documents, after some 25 days...

More over it takes too much of time to contact on the above numbers some time it takes days together to contact seem we had a mistake by taking insurance from your company.
