My Policy No is [protected]P[protected]
This is regarding my claim no 17RB02UIB3386.
We have raised a claim for Rs 74, 889/- (Seventy four thousand eight hundred eighty nine rupees only) for my daughter Naynika Mittal.
We have been intimated by them that they are going to deduct Rs 11085/- from this and send us a letter for our consent on 19 Oct 2016 wide voucher no UIB17101920.
For that we have called them that why you are deducting this amount then they have told that this item is in negative list. We asked them to provide that negative list and to match this item. But after that didn`t got any reply from their side.
On date 24th November they have transferred Rs 38639/- in our account after deducting Rs 36250/.
We could not understand that why they deduct this amount from the claim.
We have written mail to following mail address but didn`t got any reply.

As talk with uiic claim is paid by TPA. Raksha TPA. Not shows any action for claim. Sir I request you to give proper guidelines so that I get my claim amount as early as possible.

I want to know that why they have deducted.

      1) The expiry of the policy on 30.10.2016 was informed to my employer (SZCC) only on 30.09.2016 that too with a mention of wrong premium amount. It may be noted that the revision of premium was effected much before the issue of Bank letter on 30.9.2016. Whereas the Bank did not inform us the correct amount to be paid. The revision of amount of premium was not informed to us on time. It is not my employer (SZCC) fault for the delay in payment.

      4) It may kindly be noted that the renewal amount has already been deposited with Bank as per the Indian Bank letter dated 30.09.2016 well within the grace period. The Bank instead of claiming the balance amount has returned the cheque resulting in delay which is unavoidable.

      Resulting of these bank’s denyal of my policy renewal, I am not able to continue my medi-claim policy and not able to get additional medical fecility through ‘Arogya Raksha’after 2 years (i.e from 3rd year onwards) based on the terms & guidelines metioned by the United India Insurance Co.

      This is unexpected one and denied to give basic rights by the Insurance Company to the consumer like this. I found in this issue that the Branch Manager, Indian Bank, East Gate Branch, Thanjavur Tamil Nadu have violated the Government Procedure. These denyal attempt, attempted by the Indian Bank is purely against our consumer protection law.

        We have get an accident of fire in our showroom on 11th January 2017.We had contact your Surviour and managers but they didn't response properly. We have get huge loss in fire and we had covered full insurance of all parameters. Now no one getting response, we are in difficult time but no one supporting us, All property, stock, and fff are covered.

        Now I will going to another company for our firm insurance

          Subject:- compliant regarding misconducting of examination centers for recent special recruitment drive of assistants in jk state.

          Greetings!..
          Kindly refer your office regarding the special recruitment of assistants in jk state with in which it was clearly mentioned that exmaination centers will be in four (04) districrts viz, jammu, kathua, samba, and srinagar. During the submission of the form i have also clearly given preference i want my centre in srinagar district. But authorities have set my exam center in jammu which is problematic and out of reach for me.
          Now my only concern is to change my center to srinagar or refund my amount of exmaination fee apid my me online. Otherwise i have no option but to file and rti / pil aganist the accountable authorities.

            With reference to the above i have to inform you that my cataract was removed by renowned eye specialist surgeon dr sharmeel s gandhi on 09/09/2016 for which they raised their bill cum money receipt #h18671 dtd 09/09/2016 for rs55, 000/-which was paid by cash to enable to get discharge against whch they have paid only rs24000/-
            Purchase certificate dtd 08/08/2016 from parekh integrated services pvt. Ltd for purchase of sp acrysof toric iq t4 22.5 – iol with sn [protected] for rs 26, 550/-
            Against my claim of rs 56431/- i have received only rs 24, 000/- and rs32, 431/- have been deducted due to reasonably and customary which sounds ridiculous because as per terms and conditions of the policy i am entitled to get claim of rs 62, 500/-where as my claim is for rs 56431/-of which lance price is rs 26550/- and other charges like o. T, operation charge and other charges are rs 28, 450/-

              Sir,
              I want to state that I had an accident on 20.02.2016 and have fractured my ankle due to accident and have been admitted to welcare hospital and had filed a mediclaim with Emeditek TPA.Insurance company is United Insurance Co. India Ltd.I am having policy with United India Insurance through TPA Emeditek TPA services ltd with policy no. [protected]p1040, company name PI Ind. Ltd, TPA id :[protected]A.

              I have filed a mediclaim with emeditek for settlement but it is rejected under section 5.5 due to reason, delay in submission for which my company PI Ind. Ltd is responsible and also some reasons beyond my control.I am an employee of PI Ind Ltd with emp. Id 104362.My company is also not taking any concrete iniative to resolve the issue.
              Sir I want to state that I have already explained the reasons for delay in submission of documents and all their queries. Also have submitted a hardcopy of explaination letter to emeditek but it is still rejected.Emeditek are now asking for condolence letter from United India Insurance for delay in submission.I had no money to pay for hospital bills/credit card bill(for hosp. payment) and hospital authorities delayed my final discharge bills to be submitted.Many delayed claims have been processed and waviver letter is issued provided the reason is considered for delay which is geniune.Also this is my first claim and I have already sufferd a loss of pay on account of accident of almost two months and hence I expect symphathetic approach towards me. You can further enquire about validity of my reasons for delay in claim submission from Pi Industries ltd. Further I want to state that also to clear bills I had to take money from credit card at higher rate of interest for which I have yet to pay.I will only able to pay when I get my mediclaim amount. Hence I request your goodself to kindly symphatyically look into the matter so as to process the claim at the earliest.

              Sir I just want from United India insurance co. to process my claim at the earliest as I am a housing loan Emi payer and credit card defaulter totally bankrupt with 58 days loss of pay( Rs. 85000 )and 47000 Hospital bills.Also all communication with UIIC is not successful. They are not replying to any emails till date.
              So pl. Instruct UIIC to resolve the mediclaim amount payment.Pl feel free to contact at [protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                  I Mr. Tarun V. Malaviya had applied for claim of My father Shri. Vijaynath Malaviya claim ID No.93204253 and Medi Assist ID No.[protected]. I had already submitted all the original bill along with claim form claimed amount of Rs.154623/-but approved amount is only of Rs.66946/- as well as all the documents which you required for Reimbursement which are submitted at your Pune office on dated on 08.11.2016. Many charges such as LAB Charges, OT Charges, Consultation, Surgery charges are deducted drastically with reason stating Claimant opted for higher room rent than the eligible category, Hence Lab Charge are Proportionately deducted as per proportion. Please let us know why the full amount of Rs.154623/- has not been sanctioned with detail justification.

                      My ccn no. MDI 2769519. I have undergone endoscopy at global hospital/ baldota institute of digestive sciences after several reminders and discussions via email with insurance company, they agreed to reimburse 10980 rs. I have lodged amount rs 17880. They have deducted 6900 rs. Against investigation reports of biopsy of rs 6750 rs and hospital registration charges of 150rs. All details of that test performed are given to them, still they are denying to reimburse the remaining amount.
                      In the attached files, it is clearly mentioned biopsy report is performed and H Pylori is negative.
                      I have been paying regularly premiums to them from past many many years and it's been only couple of times I have applied for reimbursement of payment against medical treatments.
                      Even though all the reports are sent to them, still they are not ready to reimburse remaining 6750 rs.
                      Attached are reports and discussions with insurance company.
                      Now, we hereby claim remaining 56750 rs from insurance company, rs 6750 remaining reimbursement and rs 50000 for mental harassment faced by us from past few months due to insurance company in giving reimbursement despite of proper documents.
                      Kindly do the needful.

                        I Have met an accident in bike while am on the way to home from jayanagar.
                        on 17/09/2016 @ 3:20PM. and submitted the report for the same within a week. But its already two months over no response, Neglected my Claim for insurance cover.

                        Bill was 8k Rupees approx which is huge for bike servicing. Why dont they pay for bikes. Then whats the point in renewing yearly.

                        please do the needful to get my claim for repair.

                            According to advise of my family physician I went to FORTIS HOSPITAL KOLKATA for health check up.I took a package of well woman for RS2500
                            which was minimum.I submitted my bill to UIIC through my bank SBI Kharagpur.UIIC advised me to submit details break up of RS2500.Accordingly I
                            went to FORTIS HOSPITAL but they told me it is not possible because if Itake
                            seperately bill o[censored]SG.ECG, CHEST XRAY.THYROID TEST, PAPSMEARE, BLOOD TEST ETC that will be much higher of RS 2500.Irequest to UIIC to pay my bill

Till date, I have no intimation about settlement of my claim.                                 I was admitted in NU Hospital Bangalore on 6/8/2016 to 7/8/2016 for my kidney ailment which was detected in June 2014. My cangroup mediclaim policy is continuously been renewed without break since 2007. I had submitted timely claims with all the docs in order to TPA Medsave Bangalore.
                                I have not received any reply from them inspite of contacting them several times on phone. (This is their usual practice) Ultimately on contacting on phone on Oct 7, 2016, This reply I got on Oct 7, 2016, by mail. Please find reason for the rejection: for my policy and file no etc. Though the policy is under continuous renewal and clause no 10 of cangroup mediclaim policy terms, this claim rejection is not valid.

                                  I had a travel insurance policy by united india insurance co. ltd. with trawelltag cover-more programme, where my trawelltag assist no:[protected] and policy no:[protected], policy start date: 30.06.16 and end date: 15.07.16. i was travelling from 30th june 2016 till 15th july 2016. i fell sick with high fever, cold and cough, sore throat with viral respiratory tract infection during my travel during 4th to 7th july 2016. i had to get local medical help which costed me inr 5869.67. i had submitted all due bills, doctor’s prescription and credit card details of expenses according to policy rules and regulations. however, despite regular follow-ups, they would only tell me it is in process. finally, when i pressurised them they told me it has been rejected and that i would get letter communicating the same shortly. i received no such letter, despite again following up, they told me within a week on 10th october 2016. i have received no communication, and their reason for rejecting my claim as per the online communication of it being below deductible amount is unacceptable, since it has not been mentioned in the policy given to me.

                                  I request your kind intervention and assistance in getting me my claim amount from the company.

                                    I have intimate to insurance company on dated 07/01/2016 with all vehicular documents, all insurance related document like (claim form, ncrb form, rto intimation form, ect) and fir copy with clousar report. but till date i have not received my claim amount or any other document from insurance company.

                                      claim have Seattle month of Sept 2016 again Card No MD I[protected]
                                      TPA MD India but Still they have given proper information to us every time they have saying this is under process it take seven more day also this inshurance company all contact no which is given on his site no attand or no one pick up
                                      company have not thinking about custmer problem pls look in this
