My name is vinoth, 2nd feb 2014 I was bought Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 mobile @ Perambur branch, as per the commitment given by the branch people and also mentioned in my bill is Power bank and boom headset to be issue. But till now power bank gift is pending from your end, if am trying to contact your branch there is no proper response always they replied no stock. Without stock why they gave falls commitment to customer, i was purchased reason only for sentiment with univercell but now this time they cheated and they convenience to buy products only with words not for satisfaction.
And also they said so many things and i asked which is best mobile to buy they suggested to me grand 2 but my mobile got hanged and also charge is not stand by one day. I request univercell sales persons if you doesn't know about mobile please be open to your customer. We will analyse and choose dont confuse and give bad suggestion, Due to your bad suggestion only i wasted my money in one mobile. I don't have much usage in this mobile.
