UniverCell — Not returning my mobile phone

Hello. My name is Sahil. i purchased mobile from MADIWALA, BANGALORE from univercell. Model is Micromax Unite . I got some problem in my phone and gave it to repair. Now its being almost 40 DAYS, they are still saying it wil take more time to repair. I Complaint in Head Office Chennai also, they also didnt show any interest. I am realy fedup o[censored]r bad service. please take immediate actions otherwise i have to go to consumer court. contact- sahil singla mob- [protected].
