[Resolved] UniverCell Telecommunications — DOCOMO Recharge Issue | |||
This is Prathap, i Bought TATA DOCOMO- Data Card - MAX WIFI @ UNIVERCELL Medavakkam branch. While purchasing data card they have said 10GB will be available for me but actually i got only 1GB data in my account it's bad experience i got from your branch when i call them, i don't have any words to explain my bad experience. Find attachment for recharge details, they have recharged for 124 INR only and reporting me as its not our fault ask docomo, i hope this first recharge must taken care by univercell. i have contacted univercell medavakkam branch, today (23-june-2014) @7.00 PM, they have asked me to contact docomo univercell is not, responsible for this issue, you have to deal with docomo. Hey please can you say one thing, while purchase why your sales persons are giving [censored] information to us, can you clearly say weather 11 GB data will be credited to me or else i can recharge my self. I don't want to wait for more days to get reply from you, please solve this issue assoon as possible. Really fed up with reply given by your sales persons @ Medavakkam... I need explanation for this issue otherwise am ready to go to consumer court.
