[Resolved] UniverCell Telecommunications — Mobile given for Service on Sept 20th, no proper response till now from Univercell | |||
I have bought a Micromax Canvas Colors A120 mobile from Univercell in May 2014. Recently I had some problems with the mobile(Camera blur & touch not working properly) & I had given the mobile to Univercell for Service on Sept 20, 2014. When receiving the phone for service, they said it will take 15 days & I said I am fine with it. Now its been more than 1.5 months & I have not received my mobile yet. There is no proper response from the showroom & they say that the mobile is with Mircomax service centre and they are not sure as when they will return the mobile.
