UniverCell Telecommunications — Price inconsistent and no correct information to the customer

Hi, My name is suresh and i went to univercell sync (chennai - Nungambakkam branch) to buy LG G3. When i called first they said the price was 25k. later when i went there they said the rate changed from 25k to 29k. after some negotiation they accepted to 28k but free gift of bluetooth headset and 0% emi on my credit card. I left the showroom as i had to discuss with my friends about that. after an hour when i went back they said the price changed to 27.7k without bluetooth headset and no 0 % emi on my credit card. Also this was being instructed by there showroom manager (or VP). Is this how they explain this to customer about the price and later change the price as they want.it.
