[Resolved]  UniverCell Telecommunications — speaker and mike problem

We bought nokia asha 500 on 19th feb .with in 2 days we stuck with this problem they asked us to come and give the mobile for service .We were in out of station so we cant come immediately so we have given on 11th of march they asked us to get it with in 7 days.now 12 days had gone still they are expending . we don"t even like that brand and product they forced us . we need new mobile not the same or same brand if it is solved are not we don't care. We are not satisfied in that product
