Hai 2832/57664249/00/000 bt meri tabiyat khrab hone ki wajah se mein 15may se 23 may tak admit rha. Jiska cash less benefit to company ne dia bt discharge ke baad jb mene daily cash benefit ka apply kia to company ne mera case ye bolker reject kr dia ki mein hospital mein admit hi nhi hua tha. Kyuki unka kehna ye tha ki meri mom and sis ko is bare mein pta hi nhi hai.. Jb mene company baat karne ki koshish ki to unke employees ne meri case ka koi solve out kiye bina hi taal matol krte rhe.

      Even after providing required details (Photos & Inspection by their 3rd party) by the insurance company, this guys endorsed with additional charges and inspite of my several email requests, these guys are being so stubborn by not at all listening to the facts.

      Request for photographs is also taken care by your 3rd party team during February. I am still not understanding why this additional amount is endorsed on me.

      Dear Laxman Garu,
      Hope you are now being aware of the kind of service we receive from the email id suggested by you.

      I didn't receive any response as on date from the concerned team. I already requested you to not trouble the garage team and to sort this out immediately. But unfortunately we didn't receive any response and in turn the garage is informed by your team that the claim will be considered after excluding the erroneously added amount. It is not fair and an immediate action from you is highly appreciated.

      Another followup on 13 Jun

      Its almost a week I have shared this email to you people. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any revert. Instead there was a call from Mr. Laxman which I missed as I was in meeting. I tried calling and seems he couldn’t pick up the call.

      However, It is very disappointing by realising the option choosen by me “Universal Sompo”. I was not understanding when most of the people laughed at me by knowing the option I have chosen. Now, it is clear. Your policy created a mess in my regular routine. Your policy created huge chaos at the service centre where I have dropped my car for the repair work. Its been more than 2 weeks as on date, and I see nothing moving from your end. Your team is not even concerned on the customers issues. So pathetic. I pity myself because of choosing your policy. Never again.

      We would like to inform you that, the policy purchased online through policy bazar (USGI/WEBAG/0127180/00/000) issued for the for the period of 30.08.2017 to 29.08.2018 with Nil Depreciation cover is in discrepancy for requirement of inspection report as your previous policy USGI/WEBAG/0116374/00/000 was issued for the period of 26.02.2017 to 25.08.2017 with 0% NCB.

      Further, we had informed you regarding the discrepancy for requirement of inspection report via email on dated 14.09.2017, 20.09.2017, 15.12.2017, 24.02.2018, 18.04.2018 and as there was no response form your good self, your policy was endorsed with excess of Rs. 5000.00 and the hard copy of the endorsement schedule was dispatched at your registered mailing address on 07.05.2018.

      I reiterate that your executive approached me and inspected my car in the month of February and again in March. I should not be penalised for this. If you still need any further inspection, your executive visited to the service centre recently, if that is also not sufficient, you can send any other executive once again for your satisfaction.

      But, please remember that your policy holder should not be penalised because of the glitches in your internal organisation policies.

        I purchased this policy (N0. 2825/57786937/00/000) for my parents and when i apply for cashless claim (No. 140804) they asked for id proof, i submitted the voter card and aadhar card. The date of birth was as per voter card and policy was same but was different in aadhar card. First they reject my claim because of age mismatch and asked me to update in aadhar card. And after 5 days i updated my adhar card and re-submitted the documents and they rejected again just because i have 2 aadhar (So obvious after update the old one) with different dob. So cleaver these ppl so in my opinion don't buy this and better to take any other mediclaim.

            Meri 2-3 saal 6 apki mediclaim policy chal rahi thi or maine apki company ko renue karne ke liye policy date khatma hone 6 pahele phir bhi 2 mahine ke bad cheque diya o bhi return company 6 aya jo policy continue thi o date chali gyi. Or new policy ka online payments kiya. Aur company 6 call aya aur verify bhi kiya aur company 6 kaha ki apki policy start ho gyi he apko thode dino me mil jayega.. Fir bhi 2-month 6 kar diya he fir bhi abhi policy company 6 issue nhi kiya he.. Jo mera paisa refund kar dijiye mero ko apki service & mediclaim policy nhi chahia.. Mera bank account me payment reverse (Refund) kar dijiye..2 policy he..

              This company is very unprofessional, my vehicle no. Mh47 n 1264 (Wagon r-t permit) had meet with accident.

              For the same i had submitted complete documents attached police fir but still they have sanctioned half amount for claim.

              They didn't approved for the amount to repair both the doors of car, claiming that the door was damaged before the accident and my dispute is unnoticed since last 2 month more over their surveyor was also so rude.

                  This is regarding claim no.. Cl17006657, lodged at jaipur office on dated 24.4.2017. The aforesaid claim was settled on dated 9.11.2017 as intimated by the claim manager jaipur through email. However, my vehicle which was auctioned by the jaipur office and all the documents and keys were handed over by me on dated 20.11.17.
                  It is also commentable that i have regularly mailed to jaipur branch manager and contactclaims of universal sompo even though i don"t have received reply neither from jaipur office nor contactclaims.
                  Please look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to release funds at the earliest.

                    On 30th december my car which tourist vehicle wagnr (Mh 46 ad 5595) got accident at morning around 5 am at near naupada thane west. As i complained in the police station and got the fir copy and i claimed my insurance in navneet motors thane. Seeing the all damages from thee accidental proof like photo and all survey man was not giving me claim against the damage part giving me unorthodox answers. Service center told me to complaint against this. I want proper claim as i paid insurance on time. Company customer care also not responding to complaint.

                          Date of incident 10/09/2017
                          Full description of the incident: the car in parked condition in the parking area in our apartment during 10th morning it was seen that the emblem letter vx was missing and below the tail lamp was poked and the rear dicky and the bannet were also dented and damaged.in addition the left hand side quarter panel and left hand side door were also dented and damaged. Owing to the reason we both owner and the nominee are govt. Servants and office going made a call to m/s olympia honda to send their driver on priority basis for service. Incidently or accidently the vehicle was taken for service on 14/09/2017 at 1.40pm and claim was resorted for all rectifications but rear dicky and rear bumper alone rectified on approval of your surveyor. Inspite of repeated authentic explanations the other claims tail lamp replacement which is directly connected with the impact and falling of emblem and left hand door and quarter panal was not unattended as the same was not approved by the surveyor informed the honda service person which is supposed to be informed through black and whilte i made it my claim on the same respect. Kindly do the needful to exhaust my claim at the earliest or i may suitably informed with apropriateness to settle the contract legally, as my insurance expires on 9/11/2017.

                            Hi,

                            I am ashish mahajan, i have taken health insurance policy from policybazaar.com of "universal sompo general insurance company limited" with policy number 2825/57332343/00/000, and policy issued on 26/06/2017.

                            My daughter, pranada mahajan age 1.5 years old (Included in group policy) was admitted in hospital in emergency situation for having convulsion on 26/07/2017 and based on doctor's recommendation she got hospitalized due to her critical condition at parulekar hospital, airoli, pin code:400708 till 02/08/2017.

                            Further on doctor's recommendation i have transferred her to hinduja hospital, mahim, and she has hospitalized form 02/08/2017 to 08/08/2017. She was diagnosed with "encephalopathy", still she is not fully recovered from the same and the treatment is on-going.

                            I have submitted both claim to "universal sompo general insurance company limited" with claim no. 119030 and 118764, but company refused both the claim and giving reason for rejection is exclusion of 30 days waiting period, but policy is issued on 26/06/2017, accordingly 30 days is completed on 25/07/2017, and date of admission is 26/06/2017 which 31st day from the issuance of policy so it can not come under 30 days exclusion. As per that reason for rejection is not genuine.

                            Request for your help to settle my claims.

                            Universal Sompo — reason for insurance claim rejection is not genuine.

                            They must have to check whether claim is genuine or not, then they should be reject the claim, instead of finding the claim rejection. With this attitude Universal Sompo will not able to compete with other Insurance company, and not getting the faith of other customer. They are very new in market and unknown for every one, but some one can believe on them and they are not with him in his bad time- this is not good sign of business. In other hand other big brand spend millions of rupees for making brand and here Universal Sompo loosing faith.
                            Hi, If insurer not responds to your request properly, pl. approach insurance ombudsman for the grievance, before that pl ensure that treatment is done after lapse of 30 days of issue of policy otherwise it is very difficult to get claim.

                              Sir my claim no is cl17044351 on 19 august i intimate the claim of my vehicle number pb 01b 1090, surveyor is naveen sharma (Mob:[protected]) all of my documents are complete but since one month there is not any progress in claim naveen kumar said that the vehicle is sold so the claim will not processed but all of the documents are on the name of first owner i'e me (Ombir singh) i also give a legal afadavit that i didn't sale my vehicle to anyone to mr naveen kumar (Mob:[protected]) in your claim department but he is now saying that he left the job and now there is not any progress in my vehicle claim. From last month i go to your office and surveyor many times but they never give me any solution. So kindly do the needful. I hope you can understand my problem.

                              Very bad experience with this company.the representatives of this company always try to find the reason to cancel the claim. Fake promises by the company.making insurance in this company is totally waste of money.
                              I am also in same boat my brother, Universal Sompo just try to find reason for rejection and they are giving very non genuine reason for claim rejection, with this attitude Universal Sompo will not able to compete with other Insurance company, and not getting the faith of other customer. They are very new in market and unknown for every one, but some one can believe on them and they are not with him in his bad time- this is not good sign of business. In other hand other big brand spend millions of rupees for making brand and here Universal Sompo loosing faith for very less amount. Money is not that much big thing but faith is very big thing.

                                For sure, a big scam in health insurance by universal sompo, there is no way that you can ever get any cashless approval even if it was an emergency. The best part of it is even if someone has been okayed cashless hospitalization, that person would never reveal that he/she has paid a certain amount to the tpa for getting his/her documents and cashless approved.

                                I had an incident, got hospitalized, post numerous queries back and forth from hospital and universal sompo agent, i could not understand the the reason, but when i called gurgaon office, some person mr. Kalita asked for money to be deposited in his account if you want your case to be okayed. When i refused, my cashless hospitalization request was declined blatantly.

                                I want to bring this to the notice of mr. On singh, as i get to meet him once in a while and would also let him know that he is heading an organization of frauds and thugs...

They are very new in market and unknown for every one, but some one can believe on them and they are not with him in his bad time- this is not good sign of business. In other hand other big brand spend millions of rupees for making brand and here Universal Sompo loosing faith for very less amount. Money is not that much big thing but faith is very big thing.

                                  This is the second time i am facing this issue when my claim has been rejected. This insurance is a waste of money and they only look for reasons to somehow reject your claim.

                                  Last time (For a different person) also i provided all their queries and documents and the process went on for months together, with no success. Finally i just got tired and left the claim.

                                  This time also when i raised a cashless claim (After a relationship of 7 years of no claims), it has been rejected and i have been asked to raise a claim later. I am sure this will just be dragged for months and tire the client.
                                  This is how they function - just keep sending some queries or clarifications to the client until they just get tired.
                                  A big cheating in the name of insurance!!

                                    I am writing to complain about my son health insurance claim being rejected.
                                    I took 3 heath insurance policy from universal sompo march 1, 2017. And my son mate with an accident on april 2, 2017, same day i applied for the claim after 50 days the company sent me claim rejection mail.

                                    My son was learning activa, and he mates with accident 3rd day. He fell from activa when changing root. It's was not an accident with any other person or vehicle. When he applied for the claim he already told the company that he doesn't have a license. But he told them that he is now learning stage. The company is only finding the way to rejecting the claim. Because they know he doesn't have a license. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim. I look forward

                                      We have purchased this insurance from universal sompo insurance in September 2016 and they have not asked for any premedical history while selling the insurance. My father has jaundice and it's a sudden discovery. Upon investigating the reports led to some kind o[censored]lcer and my claim for the cashless hospitalization got declined. Upon questioning the representative was very rude and advised we should check the docs before signing. But shouldn't they take the customer thru thorough medical check up before selling the insurance ? Why should they sell it to us without any pre medical check up and decline the cashless when the customer is in real need of cashless treatment ? We have been cheated and looking for justice .

                                        Sir this is 23december2013 teft case of 12 tyre truck from up state, allahabad. My cl no 13048696, up police was registering fir so the case was filed in allahabad court under section156/3 after calling so many time to insurance company surveyor was sent each time i called a different name was given and he came after six month in may 2014, all the document regarding truck and the 2 keys of truck was given to mr divaker,
                                        As i have received information from allahabad court i have given to insurance company but i was told to bring police fir and final report of police then the insurance will be settled.
                                        In december2016 i received final report fom court given both to finance company and insurance company but insurance company did not accept original police fir and final report and told to send it to varanasi branch.
                                        On 8dec2016 final report and fir was sent by fax to varanasi and when it was finalised that originals are alo to be given to varansi branch it was registered post on 22feb2017 but no response was give. At first i was told case is old, file is closed, it will take time. Sir how much time from 15 days i am talking with insurance tollfree number now my call s are also not picked up as every agent is saying i cant here u and then diconnect with the same mobile i am talking to other persons they can hear me and only insurance agents cannot here me sir now u tell me what to do
