Universal Travels — can't able to cancel my ticket

Hi,
Yesterday i was booked ticked from chennai to karaikal through your universaltravel.in id amount rs.630. Unfortunately my travel has been changed by today. So that i continuously try to cancel my ticked through as above mentioned id but not going to cancel my ticked. The following error code was shown

Your booking details doesn't match with our records. Please login and view the booked ticket history.

But my booking id, mobile no & mail id every thing is correct. Why not going to connect.
Please immediately resolve the issues.
