Please present this mticket at the time of boarding. Redbus helpline: [protected] T&c apply The travel agencies in question is universal travels. For a travel of 3 hours the bus us delayed for more than an hour. Furthermore there is no response or prior information from the travel agencies. We book tickets based on the timings u have provided and schedule our appointments at our destinations accordingly. If there is no point in maintaining timings, why even bother to put timings. Its understandable the buses can b delayed but no some prior information or no response from the company is very bad. This is what has happened to me here. I ve to cancel or postponed a very important meeting because of this. I ve been a very regular user of red bus, but this time its really crossed limits.
