My name is vasudas, i booked a ticket in redbus application from Palakkad to Chennai on[protected], travels name is universal travels, i got a message from redbus my ticket was confirmed and seat no. is 6M and also gave me a contact no. [protected], i called and ask him the bus is right time or not, he told me that before 9:15pm will reach, i called the above mentioned no.time to time, total 6 times called, at that time he told me that wait for sometime wait for sometime like that, atlast. 11:10 pm they told me that bus was gone, why they informed me like that, i wait there 2 hours 15 min the location that he informed me.i ashamed about their responsibility, I request that Please refund my booking amount 659/- This is my booking details - redBus mTicket - Palakkad to Chennai TH9G43737562 UNI1290585 Universal Travels 08:55 PM Aug 19, 2015 6(M) Rs.659.1 -- Palakkad Palakkad Palakkad [protected] -- Thanks for using redBus.
