I booked a bus thru Redbus.in to travel from Thiruvarur to Chennai on 28th May 2017 from Universal Travels with Ticket no: TK6S79966766 I called the travels office to check the borading point and time at 10.00pm, and i was asked to come to the borading area.i reached the place at 10.15pm and then i was told the bus will come only at 12.00am and travels office was very rude and did not tell any reason for the delay. Thier office in Thiruvarur doesnt have space to sit and all the passengers were sitting in roadside. I raised a complaint with red bus for the bus delay and travel agents rude behaviour and they too did not bother about the issue. No one wants to take responsibility for the delay and about the travel agent rudeness. I paid Rs.720.00 for an Non-AC bus, because of the demand in weekends. And even after paying huge money both red bus and Travel office not bothered about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The worst travels & pathetic staff. I came from Pondicherry to Trivandrum today in A/C bus.They off the A/C from the starting itself.The staff misbehaved to a lady passenger.bus was 3 hrs late.The staff ask me 300₹ for my bag.Is this how staffs earning money? Shame on Universal travels.waste of time & money.
