Universal Travels — third class bus service | |||
A third class bus service, managed by third class persons. Late running, unclean and bug infested buses, rowdy elements driving the vehicles, changing of buses mid way for saving on diesel money, etc have been complained on numerous occasions. But, no improvement, because of thick skinned attitude. I have written to redbus also about this. They are also not ready to kick out this travels from their portal. I am traveling from Chennai to kumbakonam on[protected].the travels number is switched off..they didn't even pick the call and answered about whether bus is picking up..we paid 650 for scania multi axle ..they didn't even show up were waiting to board in the bus..they are fraud and cheat and they don't even care about customer service ..
