Universal Travels — travelling since 10 pm yesterday with a child,its been 24 hours now not yet reached chennai | |||
I would like to file a complaint about the universal bus services, I am travelling with my 6 year old child from Yesterday 10.15pm Date : 9th of December but its been 22 hours now still i'm travelling in the same bus. This is my pnr-TGYAR2LLZ0Z, Operator PNR - UNI2458914 till now my 6 year old daughter and me on the same bus.The bus got breakdown somewhere nearby Rameshwaram road (Not sure as it was too dark) and there is no response until today(10th december) morning 7.30am. They started the bus by 7.35am again but still they are saying 1 hour to reach chennai, its 6.45pm in the evening. Called few times on their manager phone but their response is very poor, no 1 picking my phone. Because of this issue my kids skipped their Half yearly exam today and my daughter who is travelling with me is sick. No proper response from the driver, they are simply showing face to their customers.Bookings done through TicketGoose. I don't like ticket goose encourage these kind of travels. Looks like Universal Travels are cheating the consumers every time as i gone through the consumer complaints below. Its not their 1st time so please take necessary action against this..
