Dear sir/madam

I am writing to lodge an official complaint against Principal and Department of commerce in Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata. I completed my MCOM in 2017 and chasing for my final certificate for very long. The college team is not meeting anyone nor assisting via mails or phone calls. Several mails has been sent but never received any reply. They have an WhatsApp number which they never disclose the staff name whom you are speaking. They have very poor Internal communication and follow ups. We asked for Principal for several time but always denied for a meeting. The college is taking advantage of Covid pandemic and avoiding any student or guardians. It is a shame for a college of this status for harrasing common people. We were finally told by the help desk after months of lies that the college had not prepared the MCOM certificate yet since year 2016. I would file a RTI and hire a lawyer to send official notice as well to seek their explanation on this matter.

We seek your assistance to get the MCOM certificate as soon as possible.

Sir I missed my exam due to my family problem my brother was death accidentally but sir in between this situation I was going into college next day but my subject teacher not helping me to sit the exam but others teacher are helping me and giving a another opportunity to sit in exam.this teacher say to me the last date is 10.12.20 for submitting marks in exams but another teacher say to me that The teacher lied to me. I have been going round and round for almost 3 months now for my transcript request. These people are so good in harassing my mother who has visited already 6 times to CU. But every time they come up with some new excuses that this is missing or that is missing. We have been attending to their every request but they are adamant on not working and helping us out. Now finally my mother has submitted all the documents on 04.11.20 but today they are calling saying the verification of my docs has not been done yet and that my mother has to visit again with the same set of documents which they will now courier to Canada. This is extremely ridiculous. They just want to harass us. When I requested that my application will get delayed by 3 months if my documents do not reach Canada by December mid, they were least bothered. I have never seen such pathetic irresponsible people in my entire life. I want to register this complaint and sue CU for the loss and mental harassment I’ve been facing for the last 3 months.

The P.G. admission form that Calcutta university has uploaded on Nov 2, 2020 cannot be filled up even after trying whole day. At first place, there was no portal for M.A. admission in the very admission link of M.A., instead there were portals for Btech and Mtech. Although this problem was resolved, the problem of website crashing and server hang up is still persisting. Even the helpline numbers are unavailble since 2nd November, all the time. Students are getting harrased as the last date for form submission is near. This kind of negligency is highly unwanted. Kindly see to it.

Due to this reason i have gone to Calcutta University Office for correction of my marksheet on November 2019...Then Calcutta University advised me to collect my final Marksheet at the end of February 2020... But due to pandemic situation Lockdown took place and i can't receive my final result...

Do you have any fair response on my previous email? I paid ncb charges 10 days before and till now there is nither any payment receipt as well as ncb corrected policy bond or any legal intimation to policy holders.

It does really making sense of very very poor service from ICICI BANK management team.

May I expect to have an informative email which could prove that NCB correction is under process on my policy bond and when it should be corrected. Should I touch the steering of my car?

Even after 10 days of payment of ncb charges 10 days before and till now there is nither any payment receipt as well as ncb corrected policy bond or any legal intimation to policy holders.
Please don't make me hopeless towards the service from ICICI bank ltd. because I gathered enough faith from your banking service using several products like a number of SB/FD accounts (Bagnan Branch), Fastag, Motor/health insurance etc.

Dear sir,

With reference from my previous complains, i have noticed no change is made in context of two problems i am facing with wills navy cut products.
1. The packs which are available in kolkata are still 2.5 months -3 months old.
2. The most annoying problem is the ashes from the burning sticks keep flying while smoking crating problem. This is due to inadequate tight filling of the product. It obnoxiously fly and stick to objects sch as laptop key, table cloth, sometime reach my eye.
No action is taken and i can see no improvement.
Please have a look at it.

To whom it may concern,

I am being waiting for my transcript to be sent to another institute for my bachelor's. Each day calcutta university official says there machine is not working or some other kind of excuses. I need this urgent so i also contacted the deputy register still no response. They told they don't know when it would be sent. It has been almost 2 months now with no response about sending the transcript.

Hi I needed official transcripts for by graduation marksheets from CU. We followed the process and submitted the application fully as described on CU website. The documents were received by them on 25th July 2019 and processing time as per their website is 30 days. However it has been more than a month and the foreign university has not received any communication or transcripts till now. I have paid $150 for the transcript.We have visited the office of registrar many times but never get any reponse from him. Dont know how I can resolve it.

The email ids given on the website for enquiries regarding official transcripts are not working and mails sent to the id get bounced back. Please help me to resolve as this is very very important for me.

I’m confident about my exam but when i got my result i was shocked and i failed. I know if i want my answer sheet for self inspection they will give me the answer sheet after 3 months which is too long and i got my result after 7 months after my exam was over. I have applied for evaluated answer script of my b.com hons 3rd year exam for the subject of "indian financial system". It has been 3 months since i have applied but haven't received it yet. Kindly consider my request ane tell me when i will receive my evaluated answer script so that i may apply for my further studies which is being delayed due to the calcutta university. I am also trying to contact on helpline number from last 18 days but amongst 7 landline numbers none of them is being answered by the university.

Sir/madam,
I am a student of symaprasad college, affiliated to calcutta university. I have bsc. Computer science as my core course and mathematics as generic elective 1 and electronics as generic elective 2.
My complaint is about the selection of generic electives subjects for semester 1 as the college is not allowing the students to take subjects of their choices which is against the cbcs system of calcutta university.
Please look into the matter and take immediate steps so that our classes may start as soon as possible and students could select subjects of their own choice.

This is to inform you that i am an applicant for the course of mba. My cat percentile is low. So, i was applying only for those institutions where i was eligible to apply. I applied to iiswbm for pursuing mba (Day) with rupees 1500 as their criteria mentioned in the brochure was minimum 50% in graduation and the student has to appear in cat. But when i got the call letter for gd pi from iiswbm, i found out that the college authority put me on the mhrm course. Which means i had to study mhrm instead of mba which is not what i wanted. After receiving the letter, i was shocked and called the reception of that college. They told me that the college has an internal procedure where they put the candidates who get 40 percentiles or above to mba program and rest of the candidates to mhrm program. But this process is not mentioned in the brochure or on their website. As i was not satisfied with his reply he told me to meet the hod of mba section dr. Chinmay jana in person.
So, i met dr. Chinmay jana along with my father in his office. I asked him very politely that i applied for mba but got call letter for pursuing mhrm. Then he asked a lady stuff for this issue. That time i was just asking him with due respect and politeness that there was no mention of this process anywhere. Suddenly he interrupted me half way and raised his voice and said, “ok ok. I understand. You can leave now.” he even didn’t want to listen to me or my father. I calmly requested him to at least listen what i had to say. But he refused and told us that it was his college and he would decide what to do and what not. He misbehaved with us and threatened me to cancel my gd pi. Then i asked him why he got so tempered as nothing happened to get so testy. Then he asked security to make us leave the college campus.
So my question is how can dr. Jana behave like that with anyone? This is unacceptable from a hod of a reputed college. Accept that i failed to understand the procedure and asked him about that. Was that really offensive at all? Isn’t it his liability to clarify any confusion of a candidate? After all i paid 1500. I have the right to know. He could have help me to understand the scenario instead he chose to insult me and my father and made us leave the campus. Is this because of the prestigious position he is holding? Is that why he thinks he is above everybody else and is not liable to answer or explain anything to anyone? If that’s true, then i really don’t think that he deserves to be a teacher let alone a hod. If a person who is such a high position don’t know the basic rules of behaving then what is he going to go teach his student??

So this is my request to you to teach that disgraceful chinmoy jana a lesson and make sure that he doesn’t dare to repeat this in future.

MBM programme offered by the University of Calcutta at the Alipore campus (also called MBMCU) does not provide placements worth MBA equivalent degree. They convince students before admission about a placement facility which does not even exist. They claim a record of 100% placement but only a handful of the students get placed anywhere. They can not even provide their 50% of students any job in managerial position. Yet they select students on the basis of CAT score. Renumeration offered in the placements are not justified with high CAT score required to get into this institution. In a nutshell this is where you can waste complete two years of your life. Many of the graduates of this institution are frustrated because of the age old and outdated pedagogical process which remains unproductive in the end.
