UPI — amount debited but payment was not made | |
Hi Consumer Forum, I have done transaction to myntra through UPI (Axis Bank). My amount from the bank got debited but payment was not made to myntra. I raised the Phonepay ticket also but do not get any reply from them. Kindly pls look into this and help me to get my money back. Yesterday 10 july 2019 i tried to pay for recharge through paytm upi, payment debited successfull from my account, but i didnt get any recharge from merchant(reliance jio). Then i called customer services they said they didnt get any payment, please fix my issue.
