I told expert numerous times that their is some issue with my Ac and something is not working. I told him i am ready to pay any amount but i need a real solution. He told me their is no issue everything is fine it just needs cleaning and need to fill the gas. Now he did not listen to me and said everything is fine. And asked me to call him if it happens again. And it happened again and i booked another repair with UC. These experts are telling me motherboard is damaged. Now they are from the same company. What is my fault in this why should I suffer. I contacted Urban company regarding this and spoke to 3 agents on chat one after another and they take forever to reply. So the 1st one called me and said she can't hear anything and she did that twice and third one had a conversation with me where i explained her everything in detail but her reply was that since it is out if 60 days expiry period so we can't do anything. But where is my fault in this. And when i told her its not my fault i told this to the expert she ended the call on my and i asked her chat why she did that i got no reply. I can see the ticks are blue she is still on chat waiting me to end that. If we customers act the same way with your experts and not pay them and tell them we can't hear how will you like it. I have the call recordings and the chat screenshots which is still active and no reply.
