Urban company engineer has not completed the service and without starting the AC asked for Rs. 4000+ for repair of PCB. And taking unusual duration for repair. And refused to install the repair on time. When I complaint to Customer care o[censored]rban company, they simply took the Engineer's side and refused to complete the service within the time.
