Urban Company — Account suspension

It is very disappointing that such a big networked company has suspended my account without any prior information. Being a plus member i have been suspended unable to place any order and they are not giving any information regarding this. I have tried to contact them across all available social media platforms but no response.This was pathetic and never expected!! This company make us used to it and then they suspend us without prior and proper information. This is very upsetting. We like UC because of its credibility and reliability and we all love it but things like this will upset many.
