Split Ac uninstallation and installation leaked the cooling gas

Sofa cleaning and carpet ruined

We had utilised the sofa cleaning services from Urban company on 2nd July 12 pm. Please not the below on the services booked:

1. Partner arrived 1.5 hours late.
2. The schedule service of 2 hours was completed in 1 hour 20 mins.

Bathroom cleaning package

I reserved bathroom cleaning services with urban company for the package intense deep cleaning. In the mobile app it is advertised that they will use scrubbing machine in this package. But when the cleaning actually happened no scrubbing machine was used. Customer Care is saying this package does not have machine service but they advertised it that way. Home Cleaning Service

I had booked a platinum full home cleaning service for Rs 9500 for a 4 bed room apartment in Mumbai through online mobile App on 23 October 2021.

The technician has visited the house in team of 5 with 2 of them being minor school going boys who had no prior experience of home cleaning. I found many places they did not touch even and left unclean. I had to keep roaming around them to keep requesting them to clean things here...

Refund of un availed paid service

Rescheduling/ cancelling without customer consent even after accepting booking and advance payment
