Hi, my whirlpool fridge got damaged when i got the deep cleaning services o[censored]rban company; the UC guy has made holes in the freezer box which means the whole fridge is not going to work and whirlpool technician is saying it'll cost 8k to repair the fridge. I reached out UC on twitter and they're lying about that fridge was out of warranty so they can't do anything; fridge was in warranty till 30 Nov 2023 and i got the deep cleaning services on 26 Nov 2023; so fridge was in warranty and UC guy damaged it clearly and UC is taking zero ownership and accountability of this fact, need help here, if you're running a scam just tell me you won't do anything about it and you couldn't care less about resolving customer problems that you create, then atleast i'll think about taking some long term rigorous action against the company go to customer court; attaching images of fridge warranty, UC invoice and images of fridge freezer box damaged

    I got a call from Urban Company to get work in Urban Company iin mumbai
    And took some money from me in the name of joining fee. And I was sent to the training center o[censored]rban Company for training
    After completing the training, I was asked for ₹8000 more … And due to some reason I was unable to pay 8000rs
    But today it has been 3 months but Urban Company is not refunding the money… which was refundable

      I scheduled an intense bathroom cleaning and got a professional assigned, my payment went through. The day of the appointment I received a message that there are no professionals and I need to reschedule. I tried rescheduling but there were no slots available, my money is stuck as well. I wish this is no scam. Please help!

        I booked bathroom cleaning the agent visited and then left without completing the job.
        -later I book basic cleaning, I want to change it to intense so cancelled the booking. I got charged 100/-
        -where as this is wrong, first booking is cancelled by the agent

          Hi Team,
          I have just reached to UC for LED back light issue and after backlight issue get fixed, the technician created a panel sticking issue and after 2 to 3 attempts uable to fix panel sticking issue after that i requested for senior technician visit, which denied by UC and customer support person and told me to book new booking after refunding payed amount.
          After new booking a new technician demand approx Rs.2500 for sticking of TV panel but unfortunately TV panel broken during service of TV . They just chaned the panel (no genuine certificate) as cast wear by comapnay or technician i don't know .Now again back light issue comes after few days o[censored]se and technician resolved the issue with new no sound issue in TV and Technician resolved the sound issue .With in after few day o[censored]se i am facing screen flickering issue in new tv panel which were replaced by technician and after many afterts and complaints over Instagram technician revisited and fix screen flickering issue after cleaning the circuit.
          Now again after few days i am facing screen issue having no picture in the screen and when i am trying to claims the warranty, UC app not allowing me to book the visit and all .
          So after many comaplains over social media their social media team told me to book a new senior professional booking, to check the issue with TV.Now after inspection UC now saying there are fault in Mother Board which was good earlier as demanding rs 8000 approx to fix .But i denied to pay and asked the team just take their panel and provide me the cast of panel which broken by their technician because before this there was no issue with mother board. UC also not providing any invoice or geniune certificate for panel.
          But not they are not responding over UC chat not over any social media platforms even UC also not given back my TV.
          So please request you to look in to the issue and provide my panel cast or 50% of TV cast.Because i believe UC has reuined my complete TV and now its useless for me.

              I booked a technician for installing Chimney in my kitchen at shalimar bagh. The technician name is Tarun his contact number is [protected]. He came on his first visit and took the service charges in advance and said i'll bring the connecter pipe and till date he hasn't brought it and even not answering calls.
              Please take some action and get the problem resolved else I am going to Sue & take a strict Legal action.

                Two months or so ago i asked UC to send a plumber for professional service. The plumber arrived and said I had to replace the entire Jaguar foucet. I agreed and he took 4500 fro me to replace the defective faucet from Jaguar. He replaced it and left without giving either a bill or a warranty. Jus tleft the box with a the Jaguar label. I was not at home. the very next day I noticed that the piece he had brought was defective and phoned him. He promised to come and take a look but he never came. Finally I called him and he said to call Jaguar. I did that and they came but refused to replace the defective part since he had brought no bill, no receipt nor a guarantee form. It is now costing me 1000 to get the part replaced. His name is Jaban, his number is [protected]. Obviously a rip off because now he says to call some shop in the city and ask for the guarantee. I think you should take this complaint seriously and I should be recompensed for the rotten service provided by you. First time I have had anything to complain about with you guys.

                  I got installed my water purifier in my new house on 31.10.2023 through Urban Company (UC). UC has sent a professional Mr. Sambegowdanadoddi Basavaraje Gowda Manjunatha, who has installed water purifier by drilling & fixing 4 screws on the walls for installation of stand, over which the water purifier has been placed.
                  On 19.11.2023, to my surprise, the entire water purifier including stand collapsed and the body of the water purifier...

He has started his painting on 3rd November 2023 and complted on 5th November 2023. On 7th I saw colour wall has started puffy and puffy patch showing on wall. Then i took photo of wall and whatsup to Mr. Fhijal. But till date he has not responded yet . Also urban company has charge us extra for this small work. Only 320 Square foot company has charge me Rs. 20400/-

                    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the repair of my MacBook Air, which was submitted on 1st November to Urban Company.

                    Regrettably, after 18 days of waiting, I have discovered that the assigned engineer not only damaged the motherboard and PCB board during the repair process but is also unresponsive to my attempts to contact them.

                    The laptop originally had no issues, except occasional difficulty turning on from sleep mode. During a previous service with Urban, the technician resolved the problem by unplugging and plugging in the battery. However, the issue resurfaced, leading me to book another service on 1st November.

                    Now, after almost 18 days, the engineer claims that the damage occurred during the repair process and has since become unreachable. This situation is severely impacting my day-to-day business operations.

                    I kindly request immediate reimbursement for the damages caused and the provision of a new MacBook. I urge you to address this matter urgently, as tomorrow would be an ideal timeline for resolution.

                      I had given my laptop for repair for a display issue. It had a refresh rate of 144Hz. They said the display had to be replaced. I specifically asked them if it was a genuine part and they assured me that it was. But when I got the laptop back, they had installed a 120Hz display. I called the repair person and he is insisting that that is the correct display when I have been using it for years now

                        I have opted for beautician service and the professional assigned to me has poor ratings, since I booked it in express there is no option to change her and hence I cancelled the service. For which they charged 200 rs since they UI don't have the option to change the professional I was charged 200rs unfairly. No proper response from UC Assistant. It is complete useless.                           Hello my email address on urban company app is [protected]@gmail.com I paid approx 11700 rs for wall panels on 16 October and today I am writing this on 7 November as my wall panels have still not been delivered neither do I know when they will be delivered and there is just no update from anyone for last 10 days I am trying to cancel this order and asking for refund from help centre they just say that we have raised the concern to the internal team and will update you then they close the chat and I am not able to call them for two days as whenever I raise the issue it says that we are already working on your concern and someone will call you shortly but nobody does only afte 2-3 days I chat with other person on helpline and he is doing the same thing they have no idea, the biggest fraud is that the person who came in our house to take the measurement is saying that this is happening to everyone near my area I think there is a big fraud going on, all the money was taken upfront for the wall panels and I paid by debit card on the app please someone from urban company help and look into it and help me get my money back

                            I bought a Native M2 water purifier from Amazon, and a free installation and demo was arranged by Urban Company, on the 4th of November 2023. The engineer came in the morning and promptly broke the water inlet pipe embedded in my wall. He left as that pipe repair was not his job. I booked another plumber from Urban Company, who came and fixed it, a service I paid for, and left. The water purifier engineer returned in the evening and promptly broke the same pipe again. Water was seeping into the wall and seeping out of the opposite side, my bed room. He left again. I booked and paid for another plumber to come and fix the pipe, the next day, by then the wall in my bedroom was damaged. Today is the 7th of November, and my water purifier is still not installed, nor operational. I am buying bottled water for these past four days. Urban Company is examining the situations for the past four days, and I have no source of drinking water.

                              I had booked for toilet and fan cleaning on 15/10/23 morning and paid Rs 1425/- through my credit card. However, the booking had to be cancelled as no service associate was available that day. I got a message that the refund has been initiated.
                              Till date refund has not been credited to my card.
                              The help center of the App shows that refund was processed on 22/10/23. But mentioned that the reference number will be updated later. Till date neither reference number has been updated nor amount credited to my card account.
                              In the absence of the reference number I am unable to contact my card issuing Bank.

                                We have booked ac service repair on 15/oct/2023. urban clap ac engineer come and tell that your ac has gas issue so you need to fill up the gas and it will take another 5000 inr to complete the repair. and paid in cash and he told use to cancel the urban clap call and paid in cash, so we agreed on that and paid him but after 3 days ac cooling was down and calling him to recheck the issue and sort it our but he is telling false reason to come to visit for service.

                                we have call him from another number he come and when he relized that the same person calling him to check he just left from out side and on phone telling us that person is not free and he is out of station, i can not come.

                                    I had booked for waterproofing wall portions on 26th Oct 2023, the guy did not do a proper job.. he left by evevning telling everything will be fine. Unfortunately I wasnt home and only my wife was there. By night when I came back from office brown patches started showing up. For that pathetic job they charged 21k. After coming home I realised the materials they purchased was only for 1000 Rs. Because I was getting frequent calls from UC to make the payment I paid through gpay from office. Now they are saying I have accepted the quote and made payment, so it was my fault. They are not revising the charges and when contacted I have to always wait for the support to come online and say someone will come. Since morning thrice they told me that someone will come but no one turned up. I request a refund / fair price for whatever rubbish work they have done. It is not even worth 3k and for this they have charged 21k.

                                      Hemlatha Santosh Chavan from Pune was sent for my booking request made at Urban Clap today.She denied me the services mid way and was absolutely rude and threatened me of calling the police as I asked her to inform UC that she is leaving my service midway after taking full payment and OTP from me.She started physical abuse and threatened to get her husband to my home to teach me a lesson, she also pushed me and ran away while her husband waited in my society premises. She called the helpline number and called the cops to my home putting false allegations on me that I have slapped her and pulled her gold chain off her neck. I was devastated and had to visit the police station and till now I am stuck here because of this irresponsible company urban Clap to partner with such unethical and dangerous people. There are tonnes of pathetic reviews of this lady that one can see on UC with similar experience and still UC has not taken any action and ignored basic background checks despite of being such a brand. What kind of service are you providing where basic customer safety is at threat and innocent people are being dragged into legal matters on purely fake and planned conspiracy to get some extra bucks and quick money from the customer. I thank my stars that I could retrieve footages and showed the police as evidence of the false allegations she dragged me in. I would take this up as a defamation case against me by Urban clap of sending me such unprofessional staff and ignoring all the reviews where customers have clearly stated her abusive behaviour and practice of leaving service unattended midway and creating such ruckus in your name. Unfortunately your customer care did no care and has done nothing about this expect for processing a refund and when asked for email id they are sending me a sorry message of not having one and just saying our team is working on it..Such helpless and hopeless response despite of knowing that I am being pulled legally, what is your team working on?????????? I have all evidences of her bad behaviour reviews, no gold chain was seen in footages and she has also blamed me of tearing her clothes but the footage clearly shows her clothes were intact when she left my house. She tore her jacket herself to portray false allegations on me but has fallen flat on her face as I have all evidences with me. My plight doesn't end here and I am now forced to take legal course.
