I have opted for beautician service and the professional assigned to me has poor ratings, since I booked it in express there is no option to change her and hence I cancelled the service. For which they charged 200 rs since they UI don't have the option to change the professional I was charged 200rs unfairly. No proper response from UC Assistant. It is complete useless. Request Support to respond immediately. THANK YOU

    Hello my email address on urban company app is [protected]@gmail.com I paid approx 11700 rs for wall panels on 16 October and today I am writing this on 7 November as my wall panels have still not been delivered neither do I know when they will be delivered and there is just no update from anyone for last 10 days I am trying to cancel this order and asking for refund from help centre they just say that we have raised the concern to the internal team and will update you then they close the chat and I am not able to call them for two days as whenever I raise the issue it says that we are already working on your concern and someone will call you shortly but nobody does only afte 2-3 days I chat with other person on helpline and he is doing the same thing they have no idea, the biggest fraud is that the person who came in our house to take the measurement is saying that this is happening to everyone near my area I think there is a big fraud going on, all the money was taken upfront for the wall panels and I paid by debit card on the app please someone from urban company help and look into it and help me get my money back

      I bought a Native M2 water purifier from Amazon, and a free installation and demo was arranged by Urban Company, on the 4th of November 2023. The engineer came in the morning and promptly broke the water inlet pipe embedded in my wall. He left as that pipe repair was not his job. I booked another plumber from Urban Company, who came and fixed it, a service I paid for, and left. The water purifier engineer returned in the evening and promptly broke the same pipe again. Water was seeping into the wall and seeping out of the opposite side, my bed room. He left again. I booked and paid for another plumber to come and fix the pipe, the next day, by then the wall in my bedroom was damaged. Today is the 7th of November, and my water purifier is still not installed, nor operational. I am buying bottled water for these past four days. Urban Company is examining the situations for the past four days, and I have no source of drinking water.

        I had booked for toilet and fan cleaning on 15/10/23 morning and paid Rs 1425/- through my credit card. However, the booking had to be cancelled as no service associate was available that day. I got a message that the refund has been initiated.
        Till date refund has not been credited to my card.
        The help center of the App shows that refund was processed on 22/10/23. But mentioned that the reference number will be updated later. Till date neither reference number has been updated nor amount credited to my card account.
        In the absence of the reference number I am unable to contact my card issuing Bank.

          We have booked ac service repair on 15/oct/2023. urban clap ac engineer come and tell that your ac has gas issue so you need to fill up the gas and it will take another 5000 inr to complete the repair. and paid in cash and he told use to cancel the urban clap call and paid in cash, so we agreed on that and paid him but after 3 days ac cooling was down and calling him to recheck the issue and sort it our but he is telling false reason to come to visit for service.

          we have call him from another number he come and when he relized that the same person calling him to check he just left from out side and on phone telling us that person is not free and he is out of station, i can not come.

              I had booked for waterproofing wall portions on 26th Oct 2023, the guy did not do a proper job.. he left by evevning telling everything will be fine. Unfortunately I wasnt home and only my wife was there. By night when I came back from office brown patches started showing up. For that pathetic job they charged 21k. After coming home I realised the materials they purchased was only for 1000 Rs. Because I was getting frequent calls from UC to make the payment I paid through gpay from office. Now they are saying I have accepted the quote and made payment, so it was my fault. They are not revising the charges and when contacted I have to always wait for the support to come online and say someone will come. Since morning thrice they told me that someone will come but no one turned up. I request a refund / fair price for whatever rubbish work they have done. It is not even worth 3k and for this they have charged 21k.

                Hemlatha Santosh Chavan from Pune was sent for my booking request made at Urban Clap today.She denied me the services mid way and was absolutely rude and threatened me of calling the police as I asked her to inform UC that she is leaving my service midway after taking full payment and OTP from me.She started physical abuse and threatened to get her husband to my home to teach me a lesson, she also pushed me and ran away while her husband waited in my society premises. She called the helpline number and called the cops to my home putting false allegations on me that I have slapped her and pulled her gold chain off her neck. I was devastated and had to visit the police station and till now I am stuck here because of this irresponsible company urban Clap to partner with such unethical and dangerous people. There are tonnes of pathetic reviews of this lady that one can see on UC with similar experience and still UC has not taken any action and ignored basic background checks despite of being such a brand. What kind of service are you providing where basic customer safety is at threat and innocent people are being dragged into legal matters on purely fake and planned conspiracy to get some extra bucks and quick money from the customer. I thank my stars that I could retrieve footages and showed the police as evidence of the false allegations she dragged me in. I would take this up as a defamation case against me by Urban clap of sending me such unprofessional staff and ignoring all the reviews where customers have clearly stated her abusive behaviour and practice of leaving service unattended midway and creating such ruckus in your name. Unfortunately your customer care did no care and has done nothing about this expect for processing a refund and when asked for email id they are sending me a sorry message of not having one and just saying our team is working on it..Such helpless and hopeless response despite of knowing that I am being pulled legally, what is your team working on?????????? I have all evidences of her bad behaviour reviews, no gold chain was seen in footages and she has also blamed me of tearing her clothes but the footage clearly shows her clothes were intact when she left my house. She tore her jacket herself to portray false allegations on me but has fallen flat on her face as I have all evidences with me. My plight doesn't end here and I am now forced to take legal course.

                  I made a booking and paid in advance. The booked professional never showed up.
                  When raising this issue to their Customer Care, they mentioned that they can't do much. I talked to Mr. Arpit Singh who even refused to escalate the issue, let me talk to a senior person and provide any escalation matrix. Isn't complaint grievance a basic right for consumers?

                    Very irresponsible act by Urban company. I have raised request for 2 AC installation. 1 was done properly and other still not done even after 15 days. All the time receive new quotation and UC says we will esclate this matter. No one esclates matter and it remains there open. I have already paid amount in advance.

                      Pest control service

                      I took the pest control service from urban company and it claims warranty for three months. Now that I have taken the service and paid them they say warranty here means one visit. This isn't mentioned in the app nor was I mentioned this while booking....

                      I have taken AC service on last week of August.The service guys were rude & behaved badly.So we raised a complaint with UC, but next day again, the same technician came as he had forgotten one of his repair item but without informing & without prior appointment.So I returned his item but he started asking me to take back the complaint made against him the day before so I felt very insecured as I refused to do what he was demanding & he became aggressive. I banged the door immediately & again raised the complaint to UC with security issues & UC doesn’t have any contact no., neither any email to which I can get immediate help, so gave them SOS.
                      Thereafter I received many calls & messages regarding the issue & hence closed the complaint after UC ensured me of complete help.
                      But when I tried to book for services in the month of October, I found that my account had been inactivated without informing me via call or mail.
                      When somehow from my husband’s profile I reached the customer care they said they can’t help me activate the account as they are not authorised & they did not even let me speak to their any senior manager regarding the issue neither they escalate the issue & tried to ignore the total query, only SORRY was his answer & now I am disgusted to deal with their such unprofessional attitude.Kindly help!!

                        I have to advise that I obtained the services of your company for classic bathroom cleaning on today i.e. on 16.10.2023. Your Lucknow office assigned the job to one Mr. Shubham. As per T&C of your company as mentioned in the app and video in circulation he was suppose to remove all the stains of the floor and wall tiles. Removal of all the dirt of exhaust fan, basin, systern and pot. He was also supposed to shine the taps, shower and other accessories of the bathroom along with removal of dirts from the tile joints.

                        But I am constrained to state that he failed to do any of the above mentioned job properly despite my repeated request. Instead he hurriedly finished the job in half an hour and misbehaved with me. He said that all the taps of the bathroom are bad and it can't be cleaned. I then showed him another bathroom which was cleaned by your worker Mr. Ajay Gupta just one day back and all the tiles, taps, basin, and pot were shining like new ones . To which he said that the taps and other accessories of this bathroom are new where as the fact is this that both the bathrooms have same accessories and were constructed simultaneously.

                        He then asked me for cash payment and on my refusal he told me to make payment via google pay to a phone number provided by him. He even didn't ask for the code or giving a good rating to him. Surprisingly immediately thereafter I received a message for cancellation of booking and reassigning of the job to another person. Whereas the job has been done by him though in a very poor manner and played the trick. I have made him a payment of Rs.438 which includes GST of Rs.39 which has also been pocketed by him along with your charges.

                        I therefore request you to investigate the matter and arrange to refund my entire money or assign another person to complete the job. You are also required to report the matter to the police as he has pocketed the GST and your commission by falsely cancelling the booking. He was in my location which can be verified by tracing his location during the slot allotted to me.

                        I am also attaching the relative screen shots in support of my claim.

                          Book a complaint for repair above said machine and paid said amount.
                          Technician name Mr. Pasha assigned for this work, he visited and identified the problem and said he will fix the problem next day. Now 1 week completed, he has not come, not even attending my calls. Finally this morning pickup call and said he will come by 1.00 p.m . now it is 2.00 p.m still not come. more over today is weekend for us, because of his comitment waiting for him with out going any where.

                                  I am horrified by the Customer Service experience by Urban Clap. I ordered for a Washing Machine service and the repair person broke a working machine and is now asking for more money. I would like to get a senior expert review this issue, as i dont trust the technician, who didnt do his job properly despite of repeating the visit. I am trying to escalate this issue and Urban Clap only has chat support, where they have kept highly unprofessional people, who just promise a callback and never call. Since 3 days they are telling me i will get a call and no one calls.
                                  I want my washine restored as it was. it was big mistake to use Urban clap.
                                  There Customer service person Deeksha Kukreti is tjhe worst one, that literally told me that they don't have any managers, she asked my to chose a different vendor, basically telling me i made a mistake by chosing Urban Clap.
                                  My working washing machine was broken by Urban Clap and they need to restore it back to how it was.
