Hi, My life changed upside down after I booked an AC service from Urban Company. On April 12, 2021, I booked AC service and repair. Some one called Mohd Farhan was assigned. He spent 5-6 hours but could not complete service of my AC, he damaged the compressor of the AC. Please note that this fellow was unwell and had seems had cold. Next day someone called Mohit came, he diagnosed the fault and said would return the next day to take the compressor and replace it with the new one. Next day April 14 Mohit called and informed that he would not be able to make it as his Mother was found COVID + and I should call someone else to get the job done. Day 3, April 16 someone called Mohd Nafees came to check the AC. Incidentally, I also had to call an electrician from UC as Farhan had damaged the MCB as well. Nafees came and took my compressor, he assured that he would replace it. This was the day when I started feeling Covid symptoms . Please note this was my only interaction with the outsiders. Three days later my entire family got infected. My Mother had to be hospitalised but she coud not survive. Now I feel why did I trust UC for AC service. They assure of highest safety standards but it was because of their staff I lost my Mother. Now even after going all through, sending numerous e-mails, tweets to CEO I have not got my AC fixed. All they say is that the team is working. I request to boycott UC forever. They are a team on insensitive human beings. Was this information helpful? | |||||
