My parents had booked an AC servicing for April 14, however, the technicians totally damaged the air conditioner unit and as a solution took the unit with them to have it repaired. They brought it back and were almost demanding to be paid for the repairs. Worst part is that the AC still remains broken and dysfunctional.
My parents are retired and seniors, with technology-related challenges.
