Urban Company — Bad Quality A/C Service/Repair | |||
Hi, I took service with urban company on 29th March 2023 for my a/c repair, the technician said it would take gas filling and indoor coil change, the total would be around 9000₹, meanwhile on 9th May 2023 my air conditioner stops working and shows an error "CH 38" which means gas is low, I emailed them, but got a computer-generated response saying to chat on their app, which does not have a customer support option. In light of the fact that my AC is only 3 years old and that I'm a student, I can't afford this loss, so I would really appreciate any action you can take to help me.
