I booked bathroom deep cleaning services with Urban Company for today (27th May 2023). I had taken intense cleaning - 2 bathroom package, also Urban Company asked me to take up plus membership for better quality of services and as quality cannot be compromised, I took the membership as well.
One Mr. Manas (phone number:[protected] turned up for the service at 10.30 AM, today (27th May 2023). Just after entering the house, he asked
me to cancel the booking from Urban Company and take the services directly from him as he does not want to give commission to Urban Company for the services. When I opposed to that, he just walked away.
It is completely un-professional and un-acceptable behavior from Urban company staff. I tried to contact Urban company to complaint and seek the next step. That is when I realized there is no way to contact number Urban Company for registering complaints. Its pathetic being in the service industry, there is no way to address customer grievances. Now when I cancel the booking Urban Company charges Rs.100 as cancellation fees. Urban company makes you take plus membership for quality services and when you complain about the lousy services they charges an additional cancellation fee.
I request Urban Company to refund the complete money including the cancellation fee and plus membership fee. Was this information helpful? |
