[Resolved] Urban Company — Bathroom Cleaning Service

Booked for a bathroom deep cleaning service from Urban Company on 4th Nov 2022. The agent used such harsh chemicals that there are spots on the floor which have been formed post the cleaning services. The agent left saying that he cannot do anything about it and once we raise a complaint with Urban Company, they will send the team to take care of this. The customer care team just categorically said that they cannot send anyone for this as there is "no provision for a revisit in case of a cleaning service". I am just asking for someone to come and understand the issue and provide the solution as it is clearly Urban Company's fault. Even UC Agent has confirmed that the damage has been done due to the harmful and strong chemicals used by them. Urban Company on the other hand wants me to go to a third party and get an assessment of damage done. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical attitude from UC.
