Hi Team,
I am tired of chasing urban company support team regarding the incident I’ve witnessed by one of the technician Sachin Tomar.
After raising the issue with Urban company inspite of assigning one POC, everyday new customer executive is calling me and i am explaining them everything regarding issue from the start, i am tired now . It seems urban company is supporting this unprofessional technical even if i've submitted the proofs of his acceptance of fault.
I’ve booked a tv repair service through urban company application for my Sony 4k smart tv (43inch) and a technician named Sachin Tomar was assigned for the same. He collected the television from my home and returned it to me after 2 weeks . When I asked him regarding the delay he said original board is not available but he can install universal board which I denied due to the quality issue so I’ve asked him to return the television and I’ve got the tv back after 2 days of this conversation ( though He kept the tv for 2 weeks). When the check the television the technical issue was worsened, the was in bad physical condition.
There was cutting work done on back side of the panel ( the technician said he did it due to heat extraction which has no point), the screen has lot of scratches and some melted plastic material was spread on tv screen, lot of dust particles can be seen inside the screen, i was shocked to see condition of my TV. ( I’ve shared the photos with support team the same day, attached here as well). I can be clearly seen that tv was very badly handed by some unprofessional person.
The very same day I’ve raised the concern with urban company and the issue was escalated.
The conference call was arranged by escalation manager o[censored]rban company between me and the technician Sachin Tomar .
Initially Sachin denied but soon accepted the mistake that negligence was done by his team and he said that he will compensate for the same and replace the screen.
I told him that television is with Sony service center now and I’ll update you once I get it back.
When I got the tv back from Sony I called Sachin for screen replacement surprisingly he put lot of conditions like if I can forgive him, or if I can take some money as a compensation but I told him that I want my tv in original condition it was before handed over to him. Then he put his third condition that he can change the screen by some old tv but it can take 30-60 days. I was very frustrated by this whole conversation( I am attaching the chat conversation screenshot).
I was shocked from this unprofessional behavior by the urban company technician and I told him that I’ll speak to the company in this matter, he said I am free to escalate this at any level.
From last one week I am trying to connect with urban company and explained the above issue several times to different agents. I am tired of this now and decided to put that in email.

I am requesting Urban company to intervene in this matter and help this to sort out.
I am reachable at below number between 11 am- 8 pm (in case if anything else is needed from my end).

Hi Team Urban company,

Can somebody reply to my complaint please ?? I've been chasing team UC for the last 1 month and there is no response to my email as well. Also I am getting calls from UC executives on a daily basis but they are not aware of the issue since they don't have access to emails. I am wasting my 30 minutes everyday explaining the issue from start and submitting proofs on the given link but next day some new executive calls with no clue of the issue raised. This is a repeat process from the last 1 month. It seems UC doesn't want to solve the issue  raised by their premium customers. 
I am requesting Team UC to assign a dedicated POC for this case and help me to resolve this issue else I am left with no options apart from going legal.

    I'm writing today to complain of the poor experience I had with the Complete Kitchen Cleaning Service booked under the Bathroom and Kitchen cleaning option for 19 October 2022, 2 PM.

    The Professional that was assigned for the service came 1hr 15min late and brought an "unknown" person along with him to the site claiming he was there as a "helper". The details of this so-called helper was nowhere mentioned on the app.
    The professional assigned asked for "additional" money to clean the complete kitchen even though the "complete" kitchen service was booked. The details of these add-on charges were also nowhere mentioned in the details of the service included in the app.
    At last, the professional even connected me with a customer care representative who was very unprofessional and did not give proper answers to my questions and hence, was unable to resolve my query.
    As of now, I have cancelled the service and am waiting for a refund.

    I'm most disappointed by this particular experience with Urban Company which was not at all expected. I trust this matter will be escalated further and appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such issues in future.

      A professional from URBAN COMPANY visited my house on 11th September and took away my tv (with a half screen problem). The professional returned the appliance with incomplete job on 28th September after several reminders and asked me that upper lining of the screen will disappear within few days suggested that if there's any issue, call him directly. He charged me 7000/-. Next day, I noticed a lining in the middle of the screen and sent the picks of the tv to the professional. He see the but didn't respond therefore I raised a revisit request through app. He picked up the tv again on 29th September and returned the same after several reminders on 9th October with excuse that the roads of the colony is damaged therefore product couldn't be delivered on time. But he failed to turn the tv operational. He mounted the tv on the wall and informed that he was going to his hometown at Barely and would come back on 15th October and requested me not to raise any revisit request through app. He promised that as soon as he returns, he will take my tv again to the vendor from whom he tried to get the tv repaired. He will claim his refund from the vendor and also return my 7k. But, he didn't turn up till 16th October and called me on Monday when i was in my office. He requested me to allow the staff sent by him to pick up the tv. His staff took away the tv in the previous condition and after approximately half an hour, the professional along with his staff visited my house with with tv and informed me that the screen of the tv is damaged. He asked me on phone that outer body of the tv isn't broken therefore, he will not take the responsibility of breaking screen by his staff and bargain me not to raise issue through app otherwise, he would refuse for any damage caused on his part. He advised me to keep quite for some day and he will sell spare parts of my tv at good price and if there is any difference of amount, he will refund itself.

      I tried to raise the issue yesterday night through app but due to network issue, i couldn't raise the issue properly. However, a complain was registered on your system. A confirmation call received from URBAN Company with a promise to resolve the issue within 24 hours. On 18 October a conference call was arranged by the company with the professional and the professional refused to accept his fault. He refused that his staff who picked up the tv from my home on 17th October, could damage the screen and didn't say anything on why he kept the customer on hold since 11th September to 17 October. The call disconnected itself.

      The professional called me by his personal Whatsapp number +[protected]. I have all his call recordings and Whatsapp chats of his number and i can provide the same .

      I requested for justifiable solution, refund of amount paid by me and for compensation according the company policy through HELP option in app many times. But, the intention of customer care portal was not fair. It considered the sole statement of the technician as final resolution and not wished to pay any attention to evidences such as call recordings and WhatsApp chats I wished to produce.

        This is Advocate Sneha Pathak on behalf of Mr. Avanish Jha.

        We are one of the premium members o[censored]rban Company and have been using the services for quite some time now. In the recent past we had terrible experience not only with the quality of service but also with the Customer support team.

        Incident 1:

        1. We booked Washing Machine repair services on 8th October 2022 since the machine was not washing properly and was not taking water from the outlet. The technician visited, diagnosed and informed us that the pressure sensor along with pipe has to be changed and DC inlet valve needs to be changed. Believing and trusting the technician we gave our consent and he repaired the machine with total cost of Rs 2541.

        2. On 11th October 2022, we again started facing issues with the washing machine where this time the machine would not switch on at all. we called the Customer care team again and they sent the same technician whose name is Bhbhutram. This time after diagnosing the issue the technician told us that there is problem with the Motor and the same needs to be repaired. We were stunned to know that the issue instead of getting resolved had got even more worst. We asked the technician and the customer care team to assure us that after this second repair machine will work fine and they assured us the same confidently.

        3. on 12th October again the machine was not functioning properly and we felt cheated. we were completely drained by this whole service experience o[censored]rban Company. We again raised the issue to Customer care team and they again sent the same technician despite our request for a different technician. The technician again diagnosed the machine and this time said that the electric/power board is not working and needs to be changed. We were shocked to see how one by one each and every part of the machine was damaged by the technician and had to get replaced. the technician replaced the board and assured us that now the machine will work fine for years as ALL THE NECESSARY PARTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED.

        4. On 18th October 2022, we tried to use the machine again and faced the same issue all over again. It is needless to say that its a complete service failure from Urban Company as they keep sending the same technician who is not competent enough. Moreover the Customer care team is so insensitive about everything that they don't even address the issue with proper attention.

        Relief Sought:

        Due to the unprofessional behavior of the technician as well as the customer care team we have suffered with mental and financial loss in past 10 days. Continuous issue with the machine caused us extra cost on laundry as well as cost on time we spent leaving our job and waiting for the technician.

        We demand-
        *Refund of the entire amount spent on the repairs i.e Rs 2541/-
        *Cost of the Machine Rs 25, 000/- or replacement with a new machine
        *Compensation of Rs 25, 000/- for the mental and financial loss caused.

        Incident 2:

        1. We booked for home cleaning services on 17th October 2022. Urban Company sent only one cleaning partner to the house who was not even sure of the job. He started telling us that i cant start the job as whatever i will do you will not be satisfied. We were shocked to see how the professional himself was not sure of his work. He asked us to cancel the job and reschedule it. He made a call to his manager Mr. Amol who spoke to me and said that the cleaning professional wants assurance that after his service we will not rate him bad.

        2. We were utterly disturbed by this behavior of both the professional as well as the manager who even before starting the job were so unsure about their own work. The professional left the house without doing the work and moreover left the area even more dirtier.

        3.We called the Customer care team wherein we spoke to the Escalation Manager, cleaning department Mr. Nakul Saxena who was completely unprofessional and had zero courtesy towards the Customer grievance. He kept stating that the only thing he could help us with was refund of the amount. He had no explanation towards the behavior of the professional who visited nor did he have any resolution for the time wasted in midst of Diwali preparations. He kept closing the issue on the portal deliberately despite we showing dissatisfaction. We noticed that the moment we were opening issue on the chats with Customer care team they kept closing without even talking to us. This behavior was completely unexpected and rude. Nakul Saxena made sure that our issue is not addressed properly and also behaved unprofessionally on call.

        Relief Sought:
        *Enquiry and action against the professional as well as Mr. Nakul Saxena and details of such action taken.
        *immediate refund of Rs 1359/- along with compensation of Rs 10, 000/- for the loss of time, mental and physical agony caused due to such behavior of the professional as well as the Customer care team.

        We demand resolution of both the incidents along with our relief sought given to us within next 3 days post which we will file Consumer Complaint and seek relie[censored]nder Consumer Protection act in the Court of la.

          We booked a service from Urban Company at 11.30 am today morning. The assigned professional turned up and was accompanied by one more person. The second person neither had any identification card nor was wearing his uniform.
          When we requested for identification, the service professional rudely dismissed it and gave us petty excuses like the uniform wasn't washed. He told us that he has been in this business for a year and a half and no one has insisted on identification. He then left midway and promptly cancelled the booking from his end, when all we asked was identification that they both are registered professionals on Urban Company. Since we booked amidst the festive season, we have no slots available.
          My concerns here are:
          1. Asking for identification as a means of safety for us is not something out of the ordinary or a huge demand. It is a basic requirement which needs to be provided by any company providing at home services. The professional was rated a 4.92 on the website, which is completely opposite to the experience level we had.
          2. A company like urban company operating all over India has no customer care number for us to reach promptly.
          3. I spoke to the service executive via chat and requested for a call back. I explained the situation and he was helpful and understanding. He helped me cancel the booking and initiate a full refund. I have been reading certain reviews online about how the refund was never credited.
          I hope the company takes this feedback into account, and our money is refunded to us.

                  Hello everyone I am writing here because I am facing this issue from last 6 months. I took washing machine services on 8th Jan. urban engineer told us that we will change spin motor because it is damaged so as per his instruction I took decision and he changed the spin motor and took old motor along with him which original company motor. At the same time i told to engineer that It is not perfectly running It is making noise Please settle it so he told It will run the same because motor will settle in some time So I thought it can be. After some days it started making some more noise I took the revisit and the Urban send the same person Again the engineer told me that It is running perfectly. After some time of approx. 2.5 months to 3 months I again tried to complaint regarding the problem but Urban helpline is saying that Your service was before 3 months back So we don't take it in consideration. Almost 100 times I explained the same to so many person o[censored]rban company but They are doing only duty and closing my complaint by self now I came to know from the company side that No engineer can take old changed product along him So I again raised a complaint So The team is saying that they don't have the data regarding your service and professional is not picking the call. What is nonsense answer.

                  1) I have no. of recordings of helpline person who are accepting that the mistake from company side but matter is old so we can not entertain.

                  2) If due to your professional customers face the loss the who will bear that loss.

                  Till now there is no response from Urban company and they are promising customer satisfaction. According My Point I am trying to lodge a complaint against the team. If I didn't get the solution surely I will do that.

                      We have booked a call with Urban Company for AC Repairing requirements.

                      The Technician came and attended the call and told us that the Outdoor unit's board needs to be replaced.

                      We gave him the money to do it. he took almost 45 days to come back... that too after calling him for many times.

                      Even after changing the initial issue of E1 on the display is not resolved. We tried contacting the technician again, but he or the Urban Company is not responding.

                        My 42"LG smart tv had only cuff problem initially which was inspected by UC's two different technicians yogesh at home and had no other issue but finally the 4.95 rating guy masahud Sheikh took our tv for repair, gave no receipt and got it back after a week with totally damaged tv, removed our original mother board, connectors strips our display panel with two huge dents in the back of tv. my tv is fully broken now. Not working at all, no one is bothered to even repair or come look at it, urban company is nothing but a hub for gang of cheaters and scammers. Their goon workers and back end management work hand in hand, we complain to them but they are deaf to our problems and ignore us by all means ..
                        Save yourself from this brand and officially we must try to stop this company's malpractice. They are criminals, looting innocent clients . It’s a racket going on which must be stopped. We will be making an official complaint to our home minister regarding this issue and will take the matter to the consumer court. This syndicate needs to be stopped. Now when we called lg service center technician he saw the tv after inspection he said the tv is fully gone better you throw it as it will cost 28k plus plus as everything is spoilt in this, all orginal parts are gone . The only person who took our tv from our home is masahud and all parts were removed by him. UC back end team Shubham also didn't help is, instead started defending his company and UC out of fear for his job. masahud UC tv technician put universal old parts in our tv which didn’t work even for one hour, after the tv was brought back to us by masahud .. he is the biggest scammer in the whole gang .. this management is nothing but a fraud nexus running wild without any fear for the law and order. They don’t fear the gov or court or anyone, they are running this company and looting scamming stealing from innocent clients in broad day light .. we have lg service Center technician quotation now of current status of our tv. Our 80k tv is totally garbage now :(, the lg technician said better to buy a new tv instead of repairing so much damage . It’s damaged beyond repair :(
                        Their supervising team says they are not responsible if the tv is broken fully and the Reason is that they didn’t give us the final bill yet and didn’t collect the money yet, but then they also took our almost brand new tv and got back some chor bazar tv and gave us back with all orginal parts removed replaced.
                        This is a very thoughtfully done & pre-planned crime they are doing, this kind of corporate crime must be stopped asap.
                        We were told that we don’t have the bill so we are not eligible for anything.
                        During the time of delivery we asked the technician to give us the bill. To which the technician said he will get the bill in 5 mins from his vehicle, and he never came back. He didn’t come back to give the bill.
                        Later we found out that all our original lg parts were removed and replaced with cheap generic parts. it’s not our tv anymore it’s a. dummy tv. With all fake parts inside just the cover was of LG, which also has two dents now Nothing inside was original in it .

                        The floor supervisor Sandeep says we don’t give any aknowledgement receipts to any client while taking the tv from them ever, he says it’s company policy .. we are not allowed.
                        This statement proves the crime in itself .
                        We have full faith in our judiciary law Honourable court will do the justice for such dirty white collar day crimes done by urban company to innocent customers.
                        We have all chats and audio/video recordings of the technician and back end team .. while taking the tv.
                        we have a video recording in our cctv when the technician was taking the tv with him and when bringing it back all are recorded in our cctv ..

                        it’s breach of trust, fraud, cheating and malpractice,
                        In the name of a licensed corporate company. Their license should be revoked by the legal authorities. And this company should be stopped from functioning at all.
                        They are cheaters.

                          My 42"LG smart tv had only cuff problem initially which was inspected by UC's two different technicians yogesh at home and had no other issue but finally the 4.95 rating guy masahud Sheikh took our tv for repair, gave no receipt and got it back after a week with totally damaged tv, removed our original mother board, connectors strips our display panel with two huge dents in the back of tv. my tv is fully broken now. Not working at all, no one is bothered to even repair or come look at it, urban company is nothing but a hub for gang of cheaters and scammers. Their goon workers and back end management work hand in hand, we complain to them but they are deaf to our problems and ignore us by all means ..
                          Save yourself from this brand and officially we must try to stop this company's malpractice. They are criminals, looting innocent clients . It’s a racket going on which must be stopped. We will be making an official complaint to our home minister regarding this issue and will take the matter to the consumer court. This syndicate needs to be stopped. Now when we called lg service center technician he saw the tv after inspection he said the tv is fully gone better you throw it as it will cost 28k plus plus as everything is spoilt in this, all orginal parts are gone . The only person who took our tv from our home is masahud and all parts were removed by him. UC back end team Shubham also didn't help is, instead started defending his company and UC out of fear for his job. masahud UC tv technician put universal old parts in our tv which didn’t work even for one hour, after the tv was brought back to us by masahud .. he is the biggest scammer in the whole gang .. this management is nothing but a fraud nexus running wild without any fear for the law and order. They don’t fear the gov or court or anyone, they are running this company and looting scamming stealing from innocent clients in broad day light .. we have lg service Center technician quotation now of current status of our tv. Our 80k tv is totally garbage now :(, the lg technician said better to buy a new tv instead of repairing so much damage . It’s damaged beyond repair :(
                          Their supervising team says they are not responsible if the tv is broken fully. Reason they didn’t give us the final bill yet and didn’t collect the money yet, but then they also took our brand new tv and got back some chor bazar tv and gave us back with all orginal parts removed.
                          This is a very thoughtfully done & pre-planned crime they are doing, this kind of corporate crime must be stopped asap.
                          We were told that we don’t have the bill so we are not eligible for anything.
                          During the time of delivery we asked the technician to give us the bill. To which the technician said he will get the bill in 5 mins from his vehicle, and he never came back. He didn’t come back to give the bill.
                          Later we found out that all our original lg parts were removed and replaced with cheap generic parts. it’s not our tv anymore it’s a. dummy tv. With all fake parts inside just the cover was of LG, which also has two dents now Nothing inside was original in it .

                          The floor supervisor Sandeep says we don’t give any aknowledgement receipts to any client while taking the tv from them ever, he says it’s company policy .. we are not allowed.
                          This statement proves the crime in itself .
                          We have full faith in our judiciary law Honourable court will do the justice for such dirty white collar day crimes done by urban company to innocent customers.
                          We have all chats and audio/video recordings of the technician and back end team .. while taking the tv.
                          we have a video recording in our cctv when the technician was taking the tv with him and when bringing it back all are recorded in our cctv ..

                          it’s breach of trust, fraud, cheating and malpractice,
                          In the name of a licensed corporate company. Their license should be revoked by the legal authorities. And this company should be stopped from functioning at all.
                          They are cheaters.

                            I had booked Urban Company professionals for full home cleaning. They used a scrubber for cleaning my new wardrobe mirror size 8feet ×6 feet which caused scratches all over the mirror. I was told by the cleaning department person that they will pay for the damages if i provide pictures. I had sent pics of the damaged mirror. I have paid for the services as well to the company. I am waiting for a response from them. They are not available on customer services number. Please advise how to resolve this problem.

                              Hi,
                              I have made a request for Repair washing machine on 13th September 2022. Proffessional came to home and checked the washing machine during the service he damaged Coin Filter and Took elewire from washing machine. After that he took the door lock, door lock handle rod, and coin filter and went out with spart parts. He told me that next day morning I will fix the issue. But he is not came on next day, I made call to him he told me that I will come tommorrow. Next day he asked for washing machine model and pic of the washing machine I was shocked with his behaviuor. I sent a pic. After that no response from him. Mean while i made a request to customer care for resolutions several time everyday but always they asked for give us sometime. But till now there is no proper response from them. Today they blocked chatbot also so, i can't chat with them. there is no customer care number to call Urban Compny. What i have to do now?

                              Please provide Proper Response and fix the problem ASAP. Otherwise pay the amount for my washing machine parts.

                              Very pathetic situation i never face from any service center. Yesterday it's Happens, Actual Proffessional who hired for my washing machine not came, but aother Person his assistant came to home with one part of my washing machine Instaed two. He was very hurrey came and opening the machine without telling anything. I shocked. I struggled feom past one week to contact them but didn't bothered. I asked him wheer is Proffessional to whom i hired? he said he is on leave. And he come come with only one new spare part that is door lock. But thses guys breaks door hook when tried for unlock the door. But he is not coming with that part. And came with other new spare part that is Drain pump. Here it is what they breaking from my washing machine. I shocked why you are not taken door hook and why you added drain pump. he said i will try to fix with these.If it fix, it's ok otherwise i can't to anything he said, I shocked with his behaviour and that answer. I stopped the further service, he asked the otp, but refuse to share otp. I said, i want to talk customer care he left from house. Almost 10 days gone without resolve the problem. They break my parts from washing machine. In the evening got call from customer she sked is there any call or service from Proffessional, i said what happened. but she is not bothered about service. She told So, you are recieved your recieved your spare parts i will convey to concern departmant. what Resolution, What a customer Care.
                              This is the Resolution any Cutomer Looking for. No care for Customer Property, Either it's damaged or lost or long delayed. After that there is no call from customer care regarding Proffessional Damaged Parts during the service.

                              Almost one Month done but there is no resolution from urban comapany. Worst Experience, they blocked my chat room also. I can't contact them and there is response from them.

                                Hi,
                                I had taken Home appliance repair service on 5th September for my Microwave. The IFB microwave convection oven. was working perfectly the only problem was that the 2 switches were not working (On & Re-heat button). The technician from The Urban Company stated that there is a part to be changed which will cost Rs.2200/-, to which I agreed and he made the further repair/ change of product. The next day the microwave started working automatically without us putting it On, so we called him again to check what was wrong, he took the part which he repaired again and came the next day to fix it. On the same day again the microwave was working automatically and I guess it was on for a very long time as the body of the microwave was very hot.I then contacted the company again to send a senior technician to check the problem, and he resolved the issue for a day or two but then the Microwave light was not working and it is still not working. When we used the convection for cooking purpose there was no cooking done, so we called him again to check what was wrong. He said that this is out of his control and we should contact the company as they don't know what exactly is wrong and what the 1st technician has done that he can't resolve.
                                First, only 2 buttons were not working. Now my entire product has been spoiled by your so-called Urban Company trained technicians. I can only heat and can't use my microwave for cooking purposes at all. On calling your customer care someone calls me and says they are ready to refund my Rs.2200/- but that's no solution to my problem, you have spoiled my working microwave and I want your company to fix it as it was before or else reimburse me with the same brand Microwave Convention.
                                I am really tired of tracing this problem for a long time, from 5th Sept - 18th Sept, no proper solution or answers has been provided by The Urban Company. Kindly escalate this and give me a solution to my problem.

                                  Hi. I logged an aircon repair requirement on the 4th of July 2022 with Urban Company. The technician Aaftab Ahmed was dispatched and attended to the Aircons that were faulty in my premises. He spent the entire day doing services which amounted to INR 20500. This included replacement of Capacitors, re-gassing and various leak repairs. The technician instructed that I pay them via UPI for the services which I proceeded to do. This technician was dressed in the Urban Company uniform. I then after found out via another technician that the Aircons were not serviced as what was billed for as these aircons started to break down shortly after the initial service ( within 1 week). I then logged a help call with Urban Company to which they phone me back and forth with multiple calls stating that i would receive the full refund and then lastly to try wiggle their way out of paying the full refund I requested for. At the end now on the 16th September 2022 they have finally come back to me stating that they cant provide me with the full refund as it was out of service apparently. This was never made clear to me from the start and I feel this company has scammed me, especially that the technician was wearing their uniform and is logged on their system.

                                      I had booked Kent RO servicing and it was done on 24.03.2022 and I was charged Rs. 3887/- for change of parts like Membrane and others.

                                      I booked the same RO service for today and I was told by your professional Rajan that Membrane is required to be changed again.

                                      Kindly inform me what kind of Membrane was installed at the first time which couldn't last for 06 months.

                                        On Sep 6th I booked for a AC repair and a deep clean service.
                                        Technician named venkatesh was assigned for Sep 7th and he came and checked the AC, he mentioned that some issue at the board, it has to be repaired.
                                        When I asked how much and when it will be done, he told that 1200 around only will come and it will take 2 days time. I said ok.

                                        Until 11th there was no phone call from him, then when i tried calling him thru the urban company app, he told to get a double booster stabilizer and he is on the way. he instead that he will bring a good one and to purchase from him i repled, i have already got one.

                                        Sunday evening he was supposed to come, he did not turn up. and when i gave a compaint in UC app, they told monday 0430 he will be viisting your place and the same the technician also told.

                                        When I tried reaching him around 0500 pm, he did not even answer my call the entire monday.

                                        I gave several complaints to UC, they opening a ticket and without resolution they are closing it

                                        On 13th When tried to reach the technician he told today at 1245 pm definitely he will come to my place, when i call him at 1245 he said by 0315 then it became 6 and then he texted that he will come by 0815 for sure.

                                        Post that I tried more than 50 calls. his number was in waiting or he is disconnecting and not answering my calls.

                                        Again I raised a complaint with UC, they not even responding,

                                        I told the first day, Its by baby room, without AC baby could not sleep properly. so requestd him to fix the ac at the earliest.

                                        Atleast if the ac board which he took, if he has returned to me i would have fixed with some local vendor, now he has not returned the board so i have to purchase a new AC only.

                                        I cannot see my 1year old baby suffer.

                                        Initially he said 1200 will be the cost, and on 11th he told 3200 and on 13th he said 4000,

                                        When checked this rating in uc app, similiar complaints are there against him.

                                        In that case why the UC is providing job for this kind of person.

                                        who is stealing others hard earned products.

                                        I want strong action taken against the technican and the urban company who failed to address my issue.

                                        I want a compensation for the sufferings i went thru and for the loss of my product
