I made arrangements to be available at that specific time, and the no-show has caused me significant frustration and wasted time. Furthermore, this is not the first time such an incident has occurred with Urban Company. For a brand that claims to be international, the service provided is subpar. To exacerbate the situation, your customer service was unaware that the beautician was not in the city and had gone to her hometown.

Your service standards have declined to such an extent that customers must carefully consider when to book services. In an attempt to rectify the issue, your customer service offered me 100 UC credits as a form of compensation. It is imperative for readers to recognize that it is time to boycott Urban Company services, whether it be beauty or handyman services.
