[Resolved] Urban Company — Cancellation of Washing Machine Repair

As per my Booking, Mr Kunal Darji, service Engineer visited at our Society Gate, Devnandan Sky, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 at 2-23 pm yesterday on 7th April 2021. Due to ongoing Pandemic situation, some security verification was going on, in the system... at 2-40 pm i had a talk to Kunal, ... But by this time, he left the premises, because he was on hurry... But, he assured to come next day morning, i e today. But he did not turn up.. also did not reply my call to him at 12- 30 pm.. I am astonished to see that, in your system, it is shown as Cancelled..
