On 18th May, me and my wife decided to get the AC cleaned since it has been 4-5 months that we last got the AC serviced.
We thought let's get it done from Urban Company since they charge less than Hitachi service.
19th May, the professional came and the story of luring and looting customer started...
My AC was working 100% fine, great cooling and everything else was also normal. But he said that there is a problem with gas.
On the trust on urban company and his face value, we agreed and he offered the service at INR 2200 with 3 months warranty. He gave his number and told us to let him know by the evening as he has to go on his next scheduled call.
We called him in the evening to get this fixed and the AC stopped cooling at all even after the service. After calling him 4-5 times he came after 3-4 days and after checking he said sorry you need to replace more items in the AC which will cost you INR 6000.
Are these professionals getting trained to give proper service or looting the customers like this?
I paid a total of INR 2600 and my 40k AC is not working and there is no proper resolution either from Urban company or the professional. Was this information helpful? |
