Urban Company — Complaint regarding AC repair | |
Hello, I booked for my ac service on 14 May for servicing and repair. Exactly after a month my ac stopped cooling on 15-16 and then i booked a visit for 19june. When asked the sevice agent told me that there was leakage and he has fixed it. On 1-2 july my ac again had issues with cooling and i again scheduled a visit. The agent came on 4 july and after an entire day of trial and testing he advised that the cooling condenser needs to be replaced as there was leakage in it. I confirmed with him whether this would fix the issue or not and he confidently assured me that it will. I paid 5500 for the same. On 30 July, again my ac stopped cooling amd i called him explaining thatit had just been few days and the same issue is occuring. He visited on 31 july and told me there is leakage and your warranTy period is over and there will be charges to refill the gas. Now any sensible and logical mind would understand that he has never been able to detect the root cause of the issue or even he had then the consequent visits went vain. Now i urgently require urban company to take this matter with immediate attention and resolve this issue and i have spent money for a new replacement and within the same month the ac started malfunctioning, then please answer me how did it solve my problem. I need an answer and a solution for the hassles of scheduling visits and again facing the same issue. Attaching the invoices. Was this information helpful? | |
