Urban Company — Damages caused due to failure of work done by UC & Poor quality of services in Installation of water purifier

I got installed my water purifier in my new house on 31.10.2023 through Urban Company (UC). UC has sent a professional Mr. Sambegowdanadoddi Basavaraje Gowda Manjunatha, who has installed water purifier by drilling & fixing 4 screws on the walls for installation of stand, over which the water purifier has been placed.
On 19.11.2023, to my surprise, the entire water purifier including stand collapsed and the body of the water purifier got broken completely.
After analysing the roof cause, it is identified that the left bottom screw installed by the UC Professional got broken, which led to expulsion/failure of other screws and collapse of entire water purifier system.
Due to usage of sub-standard material and improper quality of work carried out by UC professional, the failure/collapse of water purification system has occurred.

I tried raising the matter to Urban Company through UC Mobile App (in which i booked for the work), but there no provision to raise any complaints.

Therefore, Urban Company & its representative should be held responsible for such poor quality of installation work and replacement of water purifier system with immediate effect.

I raise complaint for compensation for an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- to be paid by Urban company for poor quality of work and damages caused to me or replacement of entire water purifier system including its installation.
