Book a complaint for repair above said machine and paid said amount.
Technician name Mr. Pasha assigned for this work, he visited and identified the problem and said he will fix the problem next day. Now 1 week completed, he has not come, not even attending my calls. Finally this morning pickup call and said he will come by 1.00 p.m . now it is 2.00 p.m still not come. more over today is weekend for us, because of his comitment waiting for him with out going any where.

Incomplete cleaning left stains, dirt at various places. Destroyed my floor, exhaust fans. I wanted to check the completion sheet but they were in a hurry and one cannot check the complete house in 1 minute

The Problem was not solved. It's about Saturday i.e., 07/10/2023 I booked For Carpet cleaning, and it is not resolved has gotten more bigger than before I've attached images please find and take the immediate action visit soon.

I am horrified by the Customer Service experience by Urban Clap. I ordered for a Washing Machine service and the repair person broke a working machine and is now asking for more money. I would like to get a senior expert review this issue, as i dont trust the technician, who didnt do his job properly despite of repeating the visit. I am trying to escalate this issue and Urban Clap only has chat support, where they have kept highly unprofessional people, who just promise a callback and never call. Since 3 days they are telling me i will get a call and no one calls.
I want my washine restored as it was. it was big mistake to use Urban clap.
There Customer service person Deeksha Kukreti is tjhe worst one, that literally told me that they don't have any managers, she asked my to chose a different vendor, basically telling me i made a mistake by chosing Urban Clap.
My working washing machine was broken by Urban Clap and they need to restore it back to how it was.

While booking chimney cleaning service, it noted in App that all filters will be dismantled but technician cleaned outer surface only without opening filters as agreed while booking.
Urban company cheated customer like this.
Take appropriate actions against him & arrange for refund of charges.

After cleaning the washroom when it got dried, we saw Lot of marks left on the floor and corners. Bathing Area Glass has lot of water marks not cleaned properly . Stone near the bathing tub, washbasin and bathing area color has changed to white looking very bad and it looks polishing is required on that. Please attend this on priority

I had booked a technician through Urban Company named RAMESH KOLI for fridge repair because my LG fridge had completely stopped working, and all my food was getting spoiled....

The service provided is extremely poor, I had a washing machine problem and had contacted UC for that, in less than 2 months the machine broke down again due to poor quality items used, when the issue was bought to the service personnel the same agent came and tried fixing the issue which was under warranty, post a week of him fixing my machine it broke down with the same problem, when i contacted the service team they told me that the warranty period has expired and they cannot help any further. When in fact i had contacted UC when my warranty was still available. Such a unworthy service being provided

I have booked for plumber service. I was allotted Plumber Jagdish. He did not turn up for a long time and when I called him, I was told that his vehicle failed and was on repairer shop.

I ordered the intense cleaning package for 2 bathrooms from urban company. The so called professional arrived 1hour late. He took 9 hours for a service that was supposed to take only 2-3hours. He was pre-emptively requested to not use any chemicals on the bathroom fittings. Deep cleaning of four burner gas stove was booked on 16th August by whatsapp. Model of stove photo, address and location was sent. After some time a person called Samir khan called and will come. Next day he did cleaning, replaced a switch valve and gas tube. We lit the stove. The flame was OK
