My ID got blocked without informing about anything. I even don't know the exact reason. I visited the Hyderabad office many times to know the reason of blocking. But instead of giving solution the whole category managers are not at all responding even i visit the office. They were asking me to wait lot of time to meet the category manager.

I booked for 3 of my AC servicing with Urban company on 9th March. The technician Mohd Shazad told me that my split AC requires a gas filling as there is low cooling due to leakage. He convinced me that i can pay him directly an amount of 2300 and he will be responsible for any fault. The AC just worked fine for a day and there after there is no cooling

Mr. Shaikhshan mohammad had come to repair the ac on 21st may. He took 2500 for gas filling. Within one month there was no gas. Urban company is big fraud and its employees are boorish and exhibit bad behaviour. I wonder what a cheap guy the ceo of the company is - since he is not bothered about the innumerable complaints about his company's servicing all over the internet. A fraud company if there is one...

I just wanted a ac service, but when urban company proffesional (rishi) arrived he said there is a issue in gas and it need to be refill . so i agreed and said him to do the same as he is proffessional and advising so i thought he is expert. he said if there is any issue regarding gas in future for this season he will be responsible for the issue and repair the same. and he charged me around 3000 rs. on next day ac started giving problem...

In the month of March paint done by Urban clap and not even three month I see the wall became wet and in few place noticed Paint bubbles and paint about of pealoff.

During or before paint start I was asked the painter who is owner/IN charge does the waterproofing done as wall became wet (adjacent to utility wall) in the Kitchen and he was confirmed waterproofing not required and painting is enough and we will take care but...

I Parvez lakdawala has given to urban company for cleaning my empty flat of 3 BHK, on 6/06/23 i think they has given to shine Time cleaning solution in Indore. But it was not done properly the flooring of the hall bedroom toilet and their taps kitchen sinks

We are trying for past three weeks, for booking it's showing error of professional not assigned. Our location is Echanari near podanur so we tried by changing address, I got booking. I got my wash room cleaned at 10:30 A.M. on 06 Jun 2023 by Urbanclap cleaner. He broke the WC jet.(Video attached)

I got my washroom cleaned by Urban clap cleaner on 06 Jun 2023 at 10:30 A.M.
The cleaner broke the WC jet that we came to know after he left.

Please get the Wc jet replaced asap.

A guy named mithun has charged me for ac gas feeling came from urban company he has taken money after that he had worked and just next day again my ac is giving same problem when i asked him to he tell morning evening afternoon next since past three days after that again he came and ask that the pipe was damage so i asked them to buy that pipe he told it will cost 250 rs sqft but when i visit shop and purchase it cost me around100 rs sqft...

I had a services with Urban company on 22nd April 2023 for Move-in Bathroom cleaning.

The service mentioned of removing all items and objects
Remove of saltwater and hard strains taps and other surfaces
Targets tile discoloration
Cleaan all areas and surfaces
Clean hard to reach areas
Final touch up

The above services costed 648/- but was really disappointed with the services...

AC deep cleaning service done on 17 April 2023. Paid Rs.700
AC not cooling so next day on 18 April filled gas. Paid Rs.2750
AC started leaking water from 20 May
Called for repair but Urban Company says that warranty period is over.
In their website both warranty period 90 days and 30 days is mentioned.
Today 1 June they charged Rs.500 just to tell me that gas has to be filled once again at Rs.2500

Arrogant / misbehaving person. After sharing my bad experience on your platform he Threatening to worse my office reviews if I would not give him 5 star rating.
Forcing to take the service of ac for which I would have to pay the extra money. Intentionally left thins inside ac so that it could make noise and...

AC repair not completed and asked for more money by engineer. And when I raised concern to Urban company and they are not resolving the issue in given time. Also they are least bothered about the complaint against them on Consumer complaint forum....
