[Resolved] Urban Company — Floor cleaning service

I had booked Floor cleaning services for my new house through Urban Clap ay Hyderabad- ( yapral, at Secunderabad) Mr Ramu- who forwarded the number of Azarul- this person came with his team to my house and they used ACID to clean the floor- they have made holes in EVERY TILE OF MY HOSE- TOTALLY DESTROYED the flooring of my new house. I got experts to clarify and they told me that CONCENTRATED acid has been used to clean the floor tiles, which has damage all the tiles. I never in my life expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional work TOTALLY DESTROYED THE ENTIRE FLOORING OF MY NEW HOUSE
The entire floor of my house is now like this. I am enclosing 4 photos- have more then 50 such photos- for your information and necessary action
