Respected Sir, I booked a service call for my gyeser few months back. Shri Sankar Deb attended the call. He took out the gyeser from my home and after repairing he installed the same at my house. I paid the requisite amount to him. As per his request I have him outstanding grade. He assured me that if any problem is seen then he would resolve the issue. But after just one day water was leaking from the gyeser. On my request he took out the gyeser from my home for repairing but has not returned the same till date. He is not responding to my call.
