I, mrs. Sutirtha chakraborty had booked a geyser repair service from urban clap on dec'18. The job was assigned to mr. Narayan ghorai n was completed on 4th december, 18, some spare parts were changed as advised by the executive n payment was made as per the bill provided. After a month, we faced the same problem with the geyser, which i reported to urban clap n the same person attented the call, came to my place n repaired the geyser without any charges. Again, i am having the same problem with the geyser, even after being repaired twice within two months. I called up urban clap to lodge a complaint, however, i have been advised by the executive to book a fresh call for getting the work done by a different plumber, and on completion of the work payment has to be made. If i had availed the service two months back and i facing same problem, that actually means the work has not been done properly. Then why should i be troubled due to poor quality service provided by the plumber assigned by urban clap. I tried lodging a complaint but the executive has refused to lodge the same as it is beyond their timeline.in this manner customers are being cheated. The professionals provide poor service so that customers book fresh calls n urban clap earns money out of that, this is just not done. I require a resolution of the issue on a priority, otherwise i would be bound to take this further to consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
