Professional was booked 2 days ago and confirmed for a 10.30 am slot for 16/03/2021. He called on the date of the appointment at 9.30 to ask if he could arrive right away. I told him that my child was having online classes and would not be available and that the appointment time of 10.30 worked the best as the child had a break then. At 10.45 am I am called by you service centre to be told that the “professional” was attending a training and would not be available, and if I could reschedule for another date and time!! When asked to cancel the appointment I was told it would take UC 7 working days to refund payment!! This is absolute and utter nonsense. This is certainly the last time I’m going to use UC. If these are the kind of “professionals” you have on your list for services then you too are going to end up like Uber and Ola have in this country.
